I guess the dinners could be better.

Where to start: We had the most incredible time at this Resort. From Check-In to Check-Out, you feel as if you are being treated like family. Everyone is genuinely nice, genuinely looking after your well-being and how to make your stay even better. A very special shout-out of acknowledgement to Widi, Puji, Dayu, Chef Suda (Ramsay), Dwi (Spa) and Nyoman. If you are looking for a place to relax, to feel looked after while at the same time having the chance to have the best Spa treatments, the best meals, then The Sun of Granary Resorts and Villas is worth every Euro! We have also made use of different Hotel experiences, such as cooking classes, local market visits, temple visits, and the staff was always extremely knowledgeable and patient. Everything was planned with high attention to detail and we always felt looked after. Would absolutely come again, again and again - and will be forever grateful to such kind human beings that have made our stay and experiences in Bali so unforgettable!

We had very slow wi fi

The outside area is very nice, the pools and the view are beautiful. The presentation of the food was also lovely and clearly done with care.

The room had a noticeable mouldy, humid smell, which made it feel uncomfortable during our stay. A cot was kindly provided for our toddler, but unfortunately we didn’t feel comfortable using it as it had the same damp smell. The terrace also raised some safety concerns. At first glance it appears fully enclosed with glass, but there are open gaps in the corners that are not protected. For families with young children, this could be quite dangerous, as a toddler could easily fit through. Lastly, the room felt quite large but somewhat empty and not very cosy, which affected the overall atmosphere.
