All okay, good breakfast and small pool.

A lovely infinity pool with very beautiful view of rice feilds. Great food. Comfortable room. You could get a massage in your own room. Breakfast was included with a menue to choose from with a plate of cut fresh fruits. Scooter rental and complementary bikes to use.
If you are afraid of lizzards, this is not a place for you as there few in my room. If you ask staff they will come to help you get them out but they do get in from under the door anyways.
To get to town you needed to ride about 30 minutes so you need to rent a scooter or be picked up with one
I did not like the fact that when I asked the owner to let me try the scooter to see if I can still ride one( last time I drove one was 30 years ago) he said better not do that ( unlike his wife who was encouraging the first day I was there). When I argued that riding a scooter is not something someone forgets and this place is really remote he still refused. As a 56 year old woman who cares about her safety very much I did not appreciate his approach. But his wife was a darling.

The best place to chill in the rice field of Ubud. Close from everything but still on a super call area. Walking distance to warungs and coffee shop. Ideal with kids.
You can't reach the hotel by car, so you will need to walk with your luggage, but the staff will definitely help you with that !

Amazing value for money with a great tasting breakfast which is a la carte which i prefer to a buffet. New bikes to rent and visit local waterfalls and temples. The pool was great to cool down in after a busy day. The family that own this hotel are very warm and welcoming.
Would have been a 10/10 but the bathroom has a lot of limescale and could do with updating, the bath tub wasn't usable unfortunately.

Brekkie was really yummy by the pool
The drain was very slow in the shower, room a little noisy as close to front.
A little out of the way

Really nice couple with friendly staff running the accommandation. A really fair price. Had the room with the private pool. Sadly, the doors and windows were not to be closed fully, so every night we had ants, spiders, lizards, leechs, moskitos, bugs and many others. We know it is nature, but therefore we had no rest. Also, the pool was dirty and the breakfast was not so nice.

The peaceful atmosphere that it offers (since its surrounded by rice fields) and the very warm and welcoming hospitality by Yanik and his family.
Minor and nitpicking but I wish the bathroom can be inside the 2nd floor room.

The private villa was beautiful - even better than in photos, pool was nice and clean and room had nice aesthetic.
Only problem was lots of ants, but that is to be expected so not a fault of yours just the only thing I could think of! Everything else was perfect

I loved the corner room. It was amazing to see rice field and palm trees outside. Something so magical.
Amazing WiFi, lightening fast! Never experienced that before in bali. So good. Amazing speeds for work online
Breakfast was big.
Staff so cute and friendly. Helpful.
Scooters were decent.
Location only 15 mins from main ubud Town.
Nice places around to drive to.
Had a nice kitchen outside the room too. Private. Amazing! And fridge. So useful
Nothing. Maybe a few bugs coming inside, but that's jungle life.

Situated in a quiet place. All you have around are the rice fields. The staff is very friendly and they offer local tours by car. They also offer to get you to Ubud or to the airport if necessary
4.0 / 10.0
The pool is decent but looks better in the pictures. We paid for the upgraded pool view room but unfortunately that means no privacy as guests are constantly walking by your door and window.
The bathtub was gross and I didn't feel comfortable showering or bathing at all.
They will charge extra for the smallest thing and charges for everything from dinner to scooter rental were definitely on the high side... It was run more like a corporate establishment (very business-like) than a friendly local homestay.
Overpriced considering the location, condition of the bathroom, and quality of breakfast. Would not be in a rush to return.

Owner hospitality
The room should be cleaner, we found a little bit dirty shower bath. The photos in booking was confusing because the pool seems to be bigger and the views better tan they are on the place. They don't have restaurant in the complex and they bring from a near chinese restaurant.
The room was a little bit worse than we saw on booking.

Very nice people. Would really recommend to join them on a tour. They are very kind and willing to show the best of Bali.

Seamless check-in on arrival. Nice authentic decor. Great communication. The bed is comfortable. Air-con perfect. The room was big, with a lovely view. Top location for walking on a quiet road, authentic experience of Bali, rice fields, and waterfall. Great cafe within walking distance. Fantastic family to stay with, caring, helpful and fun. My favourite place in Bali.

the price is such a nice deal; with a pool though we did not use it during our stay; the host Yuni was nice and kindly offered help throughout our stay; the kids and the pets were cute; dinner was also provided by the host family (at a reasonable price)
location not too friendly; do expect that there will be some insects as it is near the farm and ricefield

We had a fabulous stay. The family are amazing, so very helpful and went above and beyond.
Very helpful advice, the first evening we were here we were advised of a newer waterfall - Manuaba waterfall which was incredible!
They showed us a great place which was similar to Alas harum, but was cheaper at this place for photos and to go on the famous swings. I was taken to a place at Tegallalang market to buy a traditional Balinese outfit / sarong and also taken to a well know tailor where the top part of the outfit is going to be made. The family took us to our next stay in Ubud and they are also picking us up from ubud to take us to Sidemen in a few days.
Couldn't rate our stay or the family more highly. Top marks 🥰🫶
Thank you all so much for our time with you, we will not forget what you did for us.
Nothing we didn't like. It was all amazing.
