Excellent bright large well equipped room. Friendly staff. Good location
Breakfast was unimaginative but adequate. The pool, as it's in the shade for most of the day was rather cool. Not much they could do about that.

The villa is very spacious and the location are convenient to go to Ubud center .
The staff are also friendly. The breakfast and the dinner also delicious.

Quiet place.
Water heater not working or the place isn't keen to spend money on the gas to run it. The pool area timber decking maybe a issue as it requires maintenance.
