Highly recommending!

The staff were always so nice and kind to us! They did everything to make us feel comfortable and well! The room in the beginning when we arrived was sooo clean, beautiful and the view from the room was awesome! You could order room breakfast!

The only thing was the daily cleaning, we think it needs more care, like they took away our towels but didnt give us new one, or sometimes didnt throw the trash bin or didnt set the bed. But overall It didn’t really matter because everything else was amazing

Clean, staff Arishma and Eddy were very helpful, easy to get transport into town from

Something to be aware of… The room was on level 1, no lifts, the stairs are steep and my fitness is not what it should be. Also drive into town can be 10m to half hour depending on traffic, so trips into town need to be planned

Great location and amazing hospitality! The service was amazing. Edy who is the reception manager is a super nice and kind person who helps with everything. He made us a special surprise in our room for our honeymoon. We loved that place and definitely will come back again

Very friendly hotel, with a lovely, very welcoming and helpful staff. The room and bathroom was very spacious, simple, modern and very clean, with comfortable large bed. We stayed on the third floor and the view from the balcony was great, overlooking the rice fields. Swimming pool was clean and nice. There is a high end restaurant just next door as well as other eating options just within walking distance.

The serenity of the view is unfortunately spoiled by the constant car and motorcycle noise from the street.

Comfortable and calm.

This was one of my favourite stays in Bali. The staff were all super beautiful. A little outside of Ubud, which was really nice to be honest. Nice and quiet. Felt much more relaxed. Great pool with plenty of sunshine. View from the bedroom was really nice. I would definitely come back. Beds were glorious, too. With multiple pillows all differing in thickness.

Amazing

The location is awesome, we had a spacious room overlooking the rice paddies. It was clean and the staff was super friendly, especially Bagus and Wayan made our stay lovely and helped us with all our questions. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in Bali!

The ambient surrounding of Paon Desa Ubud is serene.

Staffs of Paon Desa Ubud are the valuable asset to the Hotel. They are helpful and friendly. They will do the extra mile to make your stay more enjoyable. The rice fields around the Hotel are so serene.

Bed and bed linens need to wash and clean differently. It will be a big plus if the room can use natural pesticide to disinfect regularly.

Nice modern hotel outside town

The hotel, the big and modern rooms with Indonesian wood, the pool and the service from the excellent Edi and his staff, with shuttles to/from town and any help whenever needed, a hotel to recommend. The restaurant next door is excellent, for breakfast, lunch and supper.

very clean room, big and comfortable bed with a beautiful rice field view at front! I couldn’t find any other places in ubud that is a good price range, good location, and this clean & comfortable place as Paon Desa Ubud! I highly recommend!

It’s better if you can ride a scooter. it’s up on a hill so be careful to ride a scooter if you are beginner. about 15 mins to city centre. If you want to walk, it will be a long walk so order Gojek or local taxi 😊

Location

We booked 3 nights, 3 rooms for 5 people. We booked for the nice location and for the fact the have a bar, restaurant. That's what booking.com is telling us. But there was no bar and the restaurant was closed. it seems to us the hotel is only nice for guests who booked also the cooking class from the same owner. The rooms are okay but the beds are very hard and brake your back. The breakfast is a disaster and served by some staff who has no idea what they are doing. How can a cooking school serve this kind of breakfast?? The worse breakfast I ever had! Now I know this, I will never visit the cooking class. Cannot be good! By the way, the staff behind the desk we cannot blame. He is a nice young man settled up by his boss with an impossible job.

The quality material used in this hotel room is amazing and all seems cared maintained n made with love The bed , blanket , pillows seems like from an expensive brand bcoz its very comfy..feels like home The bathroom is amazing..overhead shower n all plumbing material using hi quality TOTO brand which i really like..so reliable..and separated with glass so from the bathroom u can see your room plus the rice field which is sexy feels like jw marriott bathroom The owner is super kind n really caring n even upgrade my room to suite..in suite i have 2 balcony 1 is overlooking the ricefield..another 1 is overlooking the pool..super cool with this price The food from nearby restaurant ordered from the hotel owner is really good n cheap

One time i go down middle of the night n there’s no one on the reception n pretty dark..scary..but thats okay..no big deal
