We stayed here for 5 nights for less than 100$, which is an amazing value for money. The room was spacious and very clean, and the AC was highly efficient and kept us perfectly cool. Even though bugs are common in Ubud, the room and the enclosed bathroom were completely bug-free. The pool was also very clean. It is a 10-minute drive by Grab to central Ubud, and rides are easily available for a dollar or less. We did not try the breakfast
The overall maintenance could be slightly better as the decor piece above the bed was a bit broken. Also, the hot water in the shower tends to run out after about 20 minutes of continuous use.

We used the pool most days it was nice and clean. The breakfast was very nice and the staff super friendly and helpful.
The property is very close to the road, there for us road noise was a problem some of the time.
