Everything was amazing, it is just a bit hard to get either a grab or gojeck, or taxi. Because it is a bit far from most activities.

Exceeded expectations

The accommodatin is great value for money, in a peaceful and serene part of Ubud. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is incredible. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Awesome Place

Agung and the ladies were so kind and helpful. They are the nicest people in the world and deserve the best. When I needed help with anything, they were there in a heartbeat. The villa is really nice. And the food is tasty!

If you're not used to bugs or geckos, there's a lot. However, I wore mozzie repellent the whole time and was totally fine.

My stay with Villa Kubu Agung is honestly the best ever!

The place is spacious, fit for a queen. It has everything you need and the staff comes to clean every single day. The owner is so lovely, treated me like a family member. She is the best. Her vegan cake is available upon request which is my favorite. I will come back to this place, definitely.

The best place to stay at, I was sad to leave and want to come back!! The staff is amazing, makes you feel at home. Home food made with love is amazing and costs just few eur per dish. We rented the bike from the owner for the stay. The location is outside of the busy center in a perfect calm place, always felt good coming back home!

Quiet stay in a clean and spacious room.

- Place was clean and spacious. It provides basic amenities such as shampoo, bath gel, water in the room, coffee, etc.. - The staff were friendly and nice. - Restaurant with good food in front.

- It looked bigger and nicer in photos but it was still nice and spacious. - The pool looked bigger on photos too. - The design of the room had breeze blocks which allowed mosquitoes to come in. Some were covered in plastic but not all of the blocks. - The place is located quite far from Ubud Central. Recommended to have rent a motorbike. Otherwise, grab or gojeck is easily bookable too.

Fantastic stay at an excellent villa

Excellent short stay in this gorgeous one bedroom Villa at a lovely property set in a quiet scenic rice fields. The owner Ms Agung was very kind and welcoming and organised transportation to the villa. The Villa was gorgeous, spacious, clean, had a nice terrace, and was very well maintained. The staff were excellent, helpful and non intrusive and the daily housekeeping was great. The food from the Warung on the property was authentic, delicious and reasonably priced. We ate there every single evening of our stay, it was that good. The vegan banana cake was so fluffy and delicious. I highly recommend this villa. Thank you all at Villa Kubu Agung.

Exceptional

-The villa itself. The interiors and exterior of the villa. How spacious it is and the bathroom design is very impressive. Love the view outside, it is very refreshing in the morning. Food is excellent too. If you are looking for some peaceful place to just reset, this is the place to be. The owner is very accommodating as well. The location is far from the airport so make sure you inform them immediately about transpo arrangements. The pool is small but enough to enjoy.

-there's actually nothing much. Only the bed that keeps on having a quircky sound when you move. But the rest are impeccable!

Shower are need bit clean attention. However can understand cuz it’s design with rocks so it might be difficult for the cleaners.

Bardzo ładna willa, przemiła właścicielka i personel. Przy hotelu jest restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem prowadzona przez właścicielkę, jedliśmy tam codziennie. Bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczył nas dozownik z wodą mineralną w pokoju, działa jak kranik. Jest możliwość wypożyczenia skutera na miejscu.

Miejsce jest oddalone od Ubud o około 15 minut skuterem, ale nie jest to w zasadzie wada ponieważ można tam dojechać skuterem, a jest się w stanie uniknąć tłumów i gwaru.

Tutto perfetto. L’hotel è più spostato rispetto al centro della città ma è perfetto perché è molto vicino e c’è una pace assoluta . Il personale e’ molto cordiale e disponibile ed inoltre c’è la possibilità di noleggiare lo scooter in struttura … Il cibo è buonissimo!!! Grazie di tutto

Для меня это был спокойный опыт интеграции на Бали после прилета и перед поиском места для длительного пребывания. Место на севере Убуда, без неприятных неожиданностей. Настроение домашнего отеля. Прекрасная и доступная по цене еда с доставкой к столу у номера. Без затхлости и запаха плесени в номере. Радушная хозяйка. Не могу отметить чего то выдающегося, опыт был спокойным вдали от шума центра Убуда, а мной именно это и искалось.

Сложно найти серьезные недостатки. Пожалуй - стройка поблизости. Шум не серьезный, но имел место. Отсутсствие рядом ярких и колоритных увеселительных заведений (не туристический рацон). Дорога к центру Убуда извилистая и не слишком качественная (есть ямы и выбоины) - ехать на Байке не слишком комфортно

Appartement magnifique, immense, bien décoré, avec une cuisine et salle de bain extérieure. La propriétaire et les employés sont d'une gentillesse tellement appréciable ! Au petit soin pour leurs clients. La propriétaire Agung est aussi la chef cuisinière et tout les jours nous avons profiter de sa cuisine a tomber par terre ! La meilleure de la region ! Plats savoureux, simple et efficace une vrai pépite ! Elle nous a fais voyager dans l'assiette. Hôtel loin du bruit d'ubud dans les rizières. Belle piscine, ménage quotidien, et wifi.

Tout les autres jours ou on a mangé ailleurs.

Agung est une femme très joviale , très gentille et bonne cuisinière. Demandez lui ses fameux gâteaux au caramel ! Un délice. Bonne conseillère pour acheter des souvenirs. Nous avons passé trois nuits chez elle, super ! Je recommande vivement.

super séjour je recommande vivement !

top je recommande, les hôtesses très gentilles, le logement magnifique et la cuisine incroyablement bonne (moi qui avais peur de tomber malade j’ai adoré ! ). Seulement à 15min en scooter du centre de Ubud, vous pouvez directement louer des scooters à la villa. Le seul point négatif serait peut être le bruit la nuit de la circulation et des chiens mais ce n’est pas très gênant !
