The location is peaceful and outside the tourist noise from Ubud. Surrounded by rice terrace. Adi, the property care taker, is always available for help. Clean pool. No noisy neighbors.
Google maps location can be confusing when coming for the first time. This place is just next to Basundari.
Given that there's cooking classes at Basundari, the parking might get filled and you need to contact them to make space for your vehicle. These are just short hiccups and overall a great stay and good bang for buck.

Die neuen Räume, kein Schimmel, alles sauber und top. Zwei meiner Freunde haben die Unterkunft glaichbauch gebucht.
Zudem war das Internet gut und es war ruhig. Keine nervigen Hähne in Garten :)
Vielleicht fehlt ein Frühstücksangebot, wahrscheinlich hätte ich es nicht wahrgenommen, aber die Möglichkeit...

Excellent stay a little outside Ubud center in the rice fields, definitely recommend scooter or car, but the sunset, pool, low-traffic roads, kitchenette, helpful staff, quick drive to town, and zen atmosphere make this an ideal place to stay!
