The environment, the jungle, the building. It was very moody. The room was always clean, there were a lot of program options.
The pool is too cold. We couldn't make use of it because it was too cold, even when it was sunny.

Beautifully serene setting. Small, intimate resort. Wonderful staff - across the resort; reception, restaurants, spa, general staff. Fab breakfast and dinner menu.

Lovely Jungle hideaway from Ubud centre. Our private bedroom villa was wonderful with the pool and the sound and view of the waterfall in the jungle.
What made the place really enjoyable was the service of the staff with never ending smiles. We will come back.

Quiet location , waterfall view, staff very friendly & caring
The steps - 120 each way to our room, shuttle service not frequent enough & not into town, breakfast not fabulous, often cold by the time it made its way to the table, bread basket dry & often stale.
