Quiet, a lot of trees , exceptionally clean. Sounds of waterfall very calming . Staff very attentive. Food was amazing, must try the signature duck dish
Perhaps a bit far from ubud centre though given the resort facilities i was content just to stay and enjoy the resort

There were many value added touched such as free mssage, car shuttle to city, balinese welcome blessing and departure note and chocolate that was all beautifully presented. The warm service from the staff made a big difference.
All stairs only. Wished the hotel build a luggage or food elevator for the staff as they have to carry heavy bags and trays of food up and down stairs
Renovation sounds could be heard from the pool and restaurant- this is not brought up anywhere during booking

The staff are very nice and polite, loves their petanu cooler mocktail. Best in BALI!
The bed linen stinks for the first couple of nights, the aircon wasn’t working properly on the first night
