Place where you feel same like at home ❤️

We loved this place from the first day, booked for 7 days on the end we stayed 15 days. Celebrated Christmas and New Year. Very, very nice people are working there. They made our holiday very special, it was so sad to leave, such a lovely place. Place is definitely worth for money what you pay, jungle view and rice view villas have beautiful views, breakfast menu selection was nice, with some flexibility, its nice that they are allowing some deviations from menu, specially for kids. For our 6 years old daughter, it was the best holiday. She made so many friends from this hotel, and she learned how to do guest check-in, take an order for breakfast, etc. I wish all the best for all of the staff and this business, because there was something special at this place, I guess it's nature and of course hotel staff. Definitely will come back to this place. And definitely highly recommend by our family. In Europe, it's so difficult to trust the booking score. Most of the time, it's not matching with reality, but this place 100% worth of what it's scored and what you pay for. I visited more than 50 countries and stayed over the 1000 different hotels, but so far, only a few places were very special from me, and all of them, unfortunately, were in Bali -> Ubud ❤️ I hope if you decide to stay over, you will get same experience as we get. Fabulous

We chose a private pool villa for the first stop of our honeymoon in Ubud, and it was truly an impressive experience. Thank you for the welcome surprise! The cleanliness was excellent—despite our many concerns, we didn't see any insects or anything like that inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything has become about money. Only two 330ml bottles of water are provided in the room per day, which is extremely insufficient—especially since, due to our fear of "Bali Belly," we didn’t even use tap water to brush our teeth. When we asked for more water, they told us it would be at an additional cost. I've never encountered such treatment anywhere else in the world. The restaurant prices are quite expensive, and all prices are listed excluding service and tax, which are then added on top. We did not have this kind of experience at any of the other hotels we stayed at in Bali. The hotel is about 15–20 minutes away from the center, and there’s no free shuttle service. They asked for around 100–110k IDR per person for a one-way trip. Just to compare—if you use the Grab app, a motorbike ride costs about 15k, and a car ride around 50k IDR. You do the math. Breakfast for two is 330k IDR, and if you want it by your private pool, it goes up to 550k—so the only difference is it being brought to your room. Their approach to service has unfortunately become too money-oriented.

It was beautiful and felt secluded yet it was easy to get to town.

Information about the spa is not easily accessible to resort residents. I think information regarding the services would be easier and having it done in the villa at a request.

Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would recommend this hotel.

- The room where we stayed is big and comfortable. - Our room has huge glass windows around so we appreciated the natural light and rice fields around us. - The staff were extremely amazing and helpful. Although language may be a barrier, efforts were made to understand and accommodate our requests. - We enjoyed the Balinese massage offered in the hotel. It was very relaxing.

- It was a struggle to reach the lobby due to the flight of stairs. If not for the assistance of our driver and hotel staff, it would have been difficult for us to carry our luggage down the steps, then up the lobby, then into the room. - I had to ask them couple of times to heat the food further as it was not ideally hot.

Superb

The villas as well as the whole outdoor area are exactly as shown on the photos. Its an absolute beautiful, peaceful and quiet place im the middle of stunning nature, rice fields, jungle and river. The room is very big and light with a mesmerizing view. The bed very big and comfortable. Both pools very clean and very large, perfect if you like to swim a lot. The staff is very friendly and always reachable in case you need anything. And also the spa and massage was great, its a very nice location outside where you relax to the sounds of the jungle. Me and my mother felt very welcome and didn't wanna leave again :-)

Not much to mention here. Its a bit further out of town and even if the way is actually just 15min by car/scooter, the traffic makes it sometimes way longer. But all taxis get there and there is also a free shuttle from the resort into and out of town several times per day.

Hotel oceniam jako bardzo dobry. Pobyt był ogólnie udany, a standard obiektu spełnił moje oczekiwania. Śniadania były smaczne i urozmaicone, a personel, z którym mieliśmy kontakt, był niezwykle uprzejmy, życzliwy i pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Niestety, jedynym minusem był fakt, że w pokoju dość często zdarzało się, iż na łóżko lub podłogę spadały odchody gekonów, co wpływało na komfort pobytu. Mimo tego mankamentu, całość wrażeń pozostaje pozytywna i hotel można polecić, szczególnie ze względu na obsługę i jakość posiłków.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Geweldige aantal dagen gehad. Locatie is iets verder van het centrum, wat het een rustig verblijf in de jungle maakt. Iets waar wij heel erg naar uit keken. Verder was je met 10min in het bruisende centrum dus konden wij makkelijk de drukte opzoeken. Onze jungle villa was echt prachtig. Groot en en comfortabel. Ook het algehele complex, met haar twee zwembaden ontbrak aan niks. Een ware oase van rust!

Très belle villa avec belle piscine privée et personnel attentionné

Belle villa privée, avec une belle piscine. Un peu de vis-à-vis pour lequel le personne a trouvé une solution, ce qui nous a permis de nous baigner à l'abri des regards. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'effort. L'environnement est très joli.

Un peu isolé donc nous ne sortions plus après 19h30 car il faisait rapidement sombre dehors.

Het is in een woord “prachtig” De infinity pool in het groen van de jungle. De villa’s omringt door rijstvelden, echt uit een boekje. Het personeel gaat above & beyond voor de gasten.

Er wordt een a la carte ontbijt aangeboden. Ik geef zelf de voorkeur aan iets meer keuze van een ontbijt buffet.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in villa nr. 5. Ruime kamers, schitterend uitzicht om palmbomen en rijstvelden, heerlijk zwembad (twee zelfs), goed groot bed (ietwat aan de harde kant), lekker stil met natuur geluiden, douche met warm water, super service, erg aardig personeel. Hotel is zoals op de foto’s op Booking. Op 15 minuten scooteren van Ubud centrum. Minpuntje zijn de prijzen in het restaurant, érg duur.
