For the second time I am returning to this wonderful place — and this time to celebrate my birthday.
I had a leg injury in Bali, and the way the staff treated me — with such care, gentleness, and attention — is truly beyond words. Our villa overlooking the rice fields was perfect: the cleanliness, the design, and the surrounding nature were beautiful. The nature here simply makes you forget every small detail or imperfection.
But the most important thing in any hotel is the people. Human kindness matters more than anything else.
The K-Club team are truly incredible people.
Thank you for making my birthday magical.
I will definitely come back again.

Absolutely loved everything about this property - the staff are incredible, the food is six stars, the housekeeping is immaculate, the day spa is sensational. Will definitely stay again as it’s the best experience I have had in Bali!

The property is ok, expected more for the very high price point. The staff however were fantastic, very pleasant.
Money comes first at this resort. We paid for an upgrade to our 3 bedroom villa wanting Paddy view and even though we never got a villa with paddy view they refused to reimburse the difference for the paddy view upgrade even though the staff acknowledged that our villa had no paddy view. Dispute asking them to reconsider on 3 occasions they refused to reimburse saying that it it because it was booked via booking.com (which is incorrect, reimbursements can still take place through booking.com). The prices at the resort are also extremely and excessively high. From breakfast to spa treatments to having the most expensive rate for extra beds I have come accross. This puts you off when you come with a family if 6… all in all we would have left a 9 if it wasn’t for their stubborn insistence on not reimbursing us for a change that should never have been charged… also the amenities are 3 star, the gym is dated and not well looked after (dirty toilets, no towels, 1 old and cheap yoga mat…). Quality of linen is 3 star.
