Right from the moment we arrived, the staff were very welcoming, easy to approach, considerate and caring. Very amazing and clean villa. Okta made sure we have great stay in the villa by constant checks and feedback. Big thanks to other staff members who assisted us throughout our stay: Dayu Ari, Desi, Made(trainee)

The resort was beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the overall experience was exceptional.

The property presents well. Food was of a high quality. The spa was a highlight. A good range of unique cocktails at the bar.
Inexperienced front desk staff in need of training. There did not appear to be a senior staff member present during my stay. The staff that were there seemed ill-equipped to deal with common situations. Some rooms had only a very thin door separating them which makes them able to hear everything in the other room. A large group of travellers were staying one night and decided to party until 6.00 AM in the morning with no intervention from management. A $30 discount was given in compensation on a stay of 4 nights.
