Aksari Resort & Spa Ubud by Ini Vie Hospitality

It was my sister's wedding and it was a beautiful place to have a wedding. The staff were happy to assist with anything we needed and all of the setup and considerations made are greatly appreciated. The staff during the wedding added to the atmosphere by being lively and energetic dancing with us and having fun. We were always pleasantly greeted by staff dressed immaculately such as the lovley Okta.

While the location was beautiful and the natural scenery was pristine the access to get into Ubud was a bit of a challenge. I feel like while the isolation added to the peacefulness it meant we had to lean on hotel amenities and services which were priced to our reliance.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and fully invested in making sure our stay was fulfilling. They asked about our plans, how each day went, and our food plans. Their suggestions for daily exploration were very helpful. Both restaurants were fantastic, and we loved exploring the property

I wish we could have stayed longer so we could take more advantage of their daily offerings and spa treatments

The property presents well. Food was of a high quality. The spa was a highlight. A good range of unique cocktails at the bar.

Inexperienced front desk staff in need of training. There did not appear to be a senior staff member present during my stay. The staff that were there seemed ill-equipped to deal with common situations. Some rooms had only a very thin door separating them which makes them able to hear everything in the other room. A large group of travellers were staying one night and decided to party until 6.00 AM in the morning with no intervention from management. A $30 discount was given in compensation on a stay of 4 nights.
