Beautiful resort. Peaceful and calming with attention to detail that really creates the resort experience. Service is high and incredibly friendly. Loved the small touches from the scents in the room, to rose petals on the bath tub and music along the beautifully planted and private pathways.

The property presents well. Food was of a high quality. The spa was a highlight. A good range of unique cocktails at the bar.
Inexperienced front desk staff in need of training. There did not appear to be a senior staff member present during my stay. The staff that were there seemed ill-equipped to deal with common situations. Some rooms had only a very thin door separating them which makes them able to hear everything in the other room. A large group of travellers were staying one night and decided to party until 6.00 AM in the morning with no intervention from management. A $30 discount was given in compensation on a stay of 4 nights.
