It was perfect in my opinion, nothing not to like.

My husband and I loved everything! The location, staff, villa, food and drinks were exceptional. Ayu Diah ensured that we had a relaxing stay and provided us very personalized experiences that we will remember for a lifetime. We especially loved our anniversary, our flower pool, massages especially the honeymoon package and the candle lit dinner was absolutely beautiful. We plan to come back and stay longer.

The staff are very friendly but a little over the top keep asking you things and checking it's cokes across somewhat desperate to sell you services. Great flower decorations in the room that I purchased extra.

We stayed in room 1001 and it was not great personal. It's right next to the rushing river which is like having an industrial fan in the room 24/7. Very small room and dark room. Room Pool is super cold so unable to use it because room is so far down and covered by trees. Needs to be heated. The river noise is so loud you can't hear the TV on maximum and very difficult to sleep with constant water flow of the river not a great room for their best and most expensive. Personally skip it get a room higher up away from river and don't waste money on pools too cold to use. No hot water in the one outside shower which wasn't great so couldn't shower. Not great for a 5 star resort others we have stayed in are much better. I messaged them about hot water but got no reply but they are super quick to reply when you are spending money. Not the best choice and unfortunately we would not return. The pictures of the room Grand Pool Villa Room River Side are deceiving it looks alot better than it is. Get a room up away from the river.

Nothing! Absolute overrated this location.

This location is seriously overrated. It should have been the perfect ending to our wonderful trip to Indonesia, but it was a huge disappointment. This accommodation is absolutely not worth the money! We had a mouse in the villa. In addition, every morning there was a lot of bird droppings on the terrace and lounge cushions. It always took a long time for housekeeping to come and clean it up. We ordered room service for lunch a few times, but waiting an hour and a half for our lunch, only to have it served cold, was incredibly disappointing. Also the quality of the rooms are not high quality, we had broken shower hose, broken wardrobe door. The conclusion is that for this price, there are much better accommodations available, and if I may make a price suggestion, it's a maximum of 80-100 euros per night. We booked one evening Tepanyaki, but 80% of the order are made in the kitchen :-(

Great staff and nice location. Specially Made and Ayu were exceptionally kind snd arranged nice activities and tours for us. I recommend this hotel to everyone..

The Resort is really nice, I liked it very much. The employees were really kind, everyone knew our names , which is very cute, I never experienced this before at the hotel, soo I want to thank for that. The rooms were clean amd I thank for the happy birthday cake too ,which was really good. The international restaurant for dinner was tasty, nice plating, the drivers were cool per all. rs. For the accomodation and employees I would give 9/10. The cooking class was a great experiance, I highly reccomand to try, that was 10/10.

The breakefast… it could be more variable and for this price in a 5 star hotel you aspect to have buffet. Personally I was dissapointed about ordering the Avocado Feta Toast/ Sendwich, I got instead a slice of bread with lot of salad and onion on it and 2 poched eggs, I expected to have feta and avocado as dominant elements(if you name like this, because the feta was almost inexsitent and the avocado too maybe the bread was spread, but i could not find it in the taste)The plating is nice.The french toast was ok and the pancakes , but again for that price , you are too limited( and for fruit you get 3 little slice of melon and pineapple)Drinks also can be improved, you have speciality coffe in the island, soo again at a 5 star hotel you could serve better coffe. I loved to stay here, but The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers.

The best breakfast! nice options and absolutely delicious. You have the option of ordering various meals à la carte, so no buffet queues and good quality food.

The resort was the perfect end to our 2 week stay in Bali. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warmth and care. Welcome drinks and total ease during check in. Our room was breathtaking with a view of the jungle. Very spacious and full of extra heartfelt touches. Our meet and greet was Ayu and took care of us during our short stay. All staff from maintenance to restaurant staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. We were extremely sad to leave such a sanctuary we settled in comfortably. We will definitely be returning.

This place is magical, its so beautiful i can’t fault it one bit. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and patient. The room is clean and the hotel is serene. I recommend it 100%. I am surely coming back soon

The pools, the food, the atmosphere, and the staff

The villas, the spa, the view, the rooms the total atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff was very helpful. Erica from the guest relations was very good. Our hostess at kojin restaurant septiari and the masseuse Yuliana were exceptional.

The room had a few issues with the safe and the shower, but the staff responded quickly so all good

The property and facilities were amazing, the staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us, especially our host Erika she was just amazing, even helped when I was feeling unwell which was fantastic, she really went above and beyond and is a great member of staff.
