Bad and I left same day check-in.

Subject: Request for Full Refund Due to Unacceptable Accommodation Conditions To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this report regarding my reservation at Eco Six Bali, which was booked from 16 January 2026 to 20 January 2026. Unfortunately, I was forced to leave the hotel on the same day of arrival (16 January) due to extremely unacceptable and uncomfortable living conditions, which are detailed below: 1. The room assigned to us was a Bamboo Room, and a large number of lizards repeatedly entered the room, causing serious discomfort, fear, and distress for me and my wife. 2. In addition, there was a noticeable presence of insects inside the room. 3. The air conditioning was very weak, and the room temperature was extremely hot, making it impossible to rest or sleep comfortably. 4. I immediately informed the hotel staff about these issues; however, the staff member stated that no solution could be provided, and no room change or alternative accommodation was offered. Due to these combined issues, the room was not safe, hygienic, or suitable for accommodation and did not meet the basic standards of comfort expected from a hotel stay. As a result, I had no choice but to leave the hotel on the same day of check-in without using any of the booked nights. Based on the above, I am formally requesting a full refund of the amount paid, as I was unable to utilize the booked accommodation due to circumstances beyond my control. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Sincerely,

The only advice I would like to provide is that all of the food we have eaten with roomservice but even at the restaurant was cold. From breakfast to dinner. Maybe try to heat up the plates next time so the food stays warm a lot longer

A place with potential but not worth the price

The room design is beautiful, the staff are very helpful.

The food was not good, no restaurant, only food delivers to the room, no spa, but if you ask a message they can get someone to come to your room. What also ruined our experience the noise! Yes the noise, this place is in the middle of a local village. There was a party near by with a lot of music till 2 am and we really could not sleep. What meant to be a quiet night in the nature, became a noisy horrible night. This place has a potential but for the price it’s really not worth it

My best experience!

We really loved our private villa! Thank you Mr.Owner! The VIEW! It’s incredible from any spots of the villa, even from the bathtub ;) It’s real touch with a nature. U can hear only silent and the sound of the birds. Amazing sunrise from our bedroom on the volcanic Mountain, We had 2 floors villa (Dome) with a beautiful pool on the rice fields and birds and beautiful palm trees. It’s really heart melting. The DESIGN is amazing I felt in love with every corner of this bamboo place! This place is for couples, who wants to relief and to embrace your mind. The bugs wasn’t disturbing us, however we were expecting Smth ;) The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming! Beautiful breakfast in the pool was provided on floating Tray. I can’t explain how I really loved it! Only one animal have visited us twice is a pretty cat :) Thank you for hosting us xx

Nice villa experience

the inside was so beautiful, from the entrance with receptionist to the villa itself walking through the garden path. All the staff were also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast they served was tasty. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub and bathroom area was the highlight of the entire room. The roof top pool was also great especially with the view. To communicate with staff it was done via WhatsApp but they were very prompt with each request. The overall esthetic of the one-bedroom villa i got was really beautiful. To enter your villa you require a code for the door which says welcome home as u enter. I loved that modern touch. There was also a door bell thats staff uses before they even enter the entrance of your villa. Loved the projector idea and it came with Netflix and Prime tv

I wished there was a restaurant on the property itself so i could leave the room and go sit and dine at a restaurant if i wanted to. The restaurant that they use is 15 mins away and the menu was very over priced if you wanted to order there. The location itself is also not close to anything as it’s literally in the middle of the jungle. Its one of those nice expensive get away villa to just relax and unwind and stay for the entire time overall.

We booked this to be the relaxing, stay in one place and sunbathe part of the holiday. the bamboo home was beautiful. Food was great! The beetle was huge, the net and the pool were a nice feature!

The plates from the room service were left until our next order and they did attract flies.
