Amazing hotel with the most lovely staff

Beautiful hotel amongst the rice fields with a lovely pool. The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless! What made our stay the most memorable was the incredible staff, they were so kind and attentive! We did a half day tour with the hotel and it was fab. The free shuttle in and out of Ubud made life super easy too. Cannot recommend staying here enough, was our highlight stay in Bali ☺️

Beautiful setting I was there in January, peaceful quiet, relaxing And the staff all had time to speak to you and deal with everything Using WhatsApp to ask for somebody to pop out to the pool to open the umbrella lol And they did instantly Wonderful customer service

It wasn’t something I didn’t like because I liked the peace and quiet But it’s not a hotel for families unless you use the free minibus into town or get a taxi everywhere I use the free minibus when the weather wasn’t brilliant and went to have a look around the town And decided to plan my own full day trip and had my own driver for the day which was 30 English pounds

I wanted a quiet and relaxed trip this time, and Anumana achieved this for me. I will definitely be returning.

When I arrived to the hotel, it took my breath away it was so beautiful. Situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main town amongst rice fields. The hotel was beautiful maintained full of nature and amazing statues throughout the hotel. My room was huge with plenty of space and own garden area I could close off. The food and dining area overlooks the pool and rice fields which was also beautiful. Staff so friendly and very accomodating.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I loved everything.

Absolutely amazing butique kind of hotel - hidden gem in Bali! Our room was beautifully made, nice and very clean. Lovely private terrace near our room was so cozy also. Breakfast could be an example to many hotels in Europe - our best compliments! Massage was another exquisite experience - total relax in the midle of rice fields with sounds ot nature around us. Staff - reception guys and ladies, restaurant people - all were absolutely perfect - so friendly and polite. Our best recomendation!

Luxurious Stay in a Rice Field Surrounded Paradise

The room was great and spacious with two beds in our villa, which had a plunge pool that was very luxurious. The infinity pool had great views and it was also spacious. The staff were very helpful and kind and extremely flexible, waiting for our check in after midnight. The breakfast was nice, however would have been better if it was a buffet. The culture night was very lively and fun. Overall, great hotel 👍

Breakfast and foods was so delicious, the place is quiet and peaceful, beautiful serene, staff are super friendly. Bedroom was clean, hotel was beautifully maintain, our room also smells good. They also have free car service and pick up to main road Ubud.

Be careful from dealing with those Balinese in reception they could put you in trouble.

I liked the quiet place. First night was very good. Then I asked the receptionist to extend my accommodation but didn't reply soon. Then I did it via Booking after that lady in reception told me it's not same room. I told her we had committed with activity and we cannot move now she said it's already booked for another guest. And we have to wait until the other room cleared. This is before 2 hours checkout. They make very angry and spoiled that beautiful moment. When moved to other room was smelled mold we called room service they came and applied air refreshing but good smell went out and mold smell return back.

Receptionist was not professional and rude although she was trying to be nice. From that I hate experience in Bali Ubud. For the man in room service he was helpful and cooperative.

we had a lovely 2 bed pool villa. very spacious and clean. lovely outlook across rice fields.

we had an issue with the bathtub which was cracked and had poor patch repair. it was slippy and felt like we could go through it. we mentioned this on our first day and it was looked at but only a new patch reapplied which came away again the same day. Not adequate unfortunately. there is only one 2 bed pool villa so they could not move us and it needs replacing. was a real shame.

Nice peaceful property just out of Ubud. Nice rooms with view over rice fields. Good food at Restaurant. All Staff were very friendly and helpful. The scheduled shuttle to Sister property in Ubud central was excellent but if times didnt work not expensive to get a ride share.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is tranquil and peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the bedroom was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed.

The only downside is the distance to Ubud center. While it's not right in the middle of the action, the hotel does offer a free shuttle to their sister property, which is about a 25-minute walk to Ubud Palace. The shuttle runs four times a day (11am, 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm). On a couple of occasions, we were the only ones in the car, and the driver kindly dropped us off at the art market right across from Ubud Palace—such a thoughtful gesture!

Highly recommend staying here. We are from Australia and it was such a peaceful resort to unwind and enjoy. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and made sure they offered plenty of assistance. They offer a free shuttle to the village but we didn’t use this. The daily breakfast was yum.

Wonderfully kind and accommodating staff and a beautiful resort. The pool is stunning and our room was very private and spacious. The bed is what dreams of made of - best nights sleep ever! 😴💤 The shuttle times are super convenient and make you forget you are outside the town, it feels like a quick zip into town to do any shopping or dining out 🌺🌴

And I have to tell you that the facilities and the people at the Anumana Village in Ubud, Bali achieve levels of excellence even beyond the St. Regis in Deer Valley Utah, the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, and the Marriott Marquis in New York City. This was our first time in Bali and we absolutely fell in love with the culture, the food, the nature beauty and especially the people. We credit this to the Anumana staff, who went far above and beyond the usual resort hotel experiences. We enjoyed customized private tours, traditional Balinese clothes, exquisite food prepared to our preferences, and deep personal attention to our desire to really experience the heart and soul of Bali.

Very good!

The room was really big, and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom is also very good with a shower and a bidet. Nice large pool, and a very nice restaurant with good food (western selections too, and cheap as well). The staff are incredibly nice, it is truly an understatement to say how nice the staff were, they were all amazing really. The hotel also offers a bus from and back to the city center. The hotel itself is in a unique location, it feels like you're in the middle of a rural area and I love the way it is designed.

It is rather far from the city center, around an 30-45 mins or so. Also, this hotel is really mostly made for honeymooners in a way, it was all younger couples and I felt a bit out of place being all alone.
