The room and the view were stunning, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the busy city life. The staff is friendly, welcoming and provides you with help and guidance to make your stay an unforgettable one. Bonus: They have a cute and friendly cat roaming about the grounds.
It takes some time to reach the location. The ride to and from the airport took approximately 2-2.5 hours. Nothing against the hotel itself, just something to keep in mind for people with late arrivals.

The environment and atmosphere were nice, staffs were very friendly. Orange cat was a + point.
but too many insects and bugs in the room, which was quite disappointing. bedsheets were not very clean, location of the place was a bit far.

The exemplary service of the staff!
It was rainy so insects like mosquitoes can be a trouble.

The friendliest owners ever, they make your stay very comfortable and are there when you need anything :) also, big clean bed & bathroom + pool is amazing for the price!
Lots of mosquitoes, but they gave us a repellent so it was not a problem

The best family owned hotel in Bali. We felt really welcomed. Villa with private swimming pool was the best choice we made. Views are wonderful, villa is very comfortable, we had everything we needed. We used driver’s services proposed by Mirah - Wayan was a great guide, sharing valuable information about Balinese culture. Food in restaurants is delicious (big choice for breakfast, especially Balinese breakfast was great). Massage was also wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality! We will come back for sure!

The bungalows operates by the owner family. They build this place from zero. The bungalows are clear and comfortable with garden view.
The place climate is so good that the air conditioner is unnecessary. Day time 28-32, evening 18-20 degree Celsius. Perfect.
The garden is well maintained jungle with Cacao tree, palm trees, flowers, bushes. And a nice pool with fantastic view. And the jungle terrace is a wonderful place for breakfast.
Finally, the restaurant is very tasty and good price.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
You are very close to lot of attractions like Sebatu holy water temple, Manson elephant park, rice terraces and Ubud.
Meantime, you live a quiet place. Beautiful. Magical.

We absolutely loved our stay at this little hidden gem north of Ubud! The guesthouse is beautifully set back from the road in a peaceful garden full of tropical plants, with charming small houses surrounded by nature. The pool area and terrace overlook a stunning jungle valley – you can even walk down to a natural spring, which was a wonderful experience.
The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with great tips and organizing everything from massages and cooking classes to day trips. The breakfast was excellent, with a choice of English, American, Balinese, or Indonesian options – all freshly made and served on the terrace with that amazing view.
It’s the perfect place to relax, reconnect with nature, and experience the warm hospitality of Bali. We wish we could have stayed longer – highly recommended!

We took the villa with private swimming pool which had astonishing view. The villa was clean and the swimming pool was great. The staff was also very friendly and great service! It is also very peaceful and quiet which was very handy when you come back from the busy ubud.
It's in the middle of a "jungle" so expect some company. Also plenty of ants but all in all managable.

Overall we loved our stay here and even extended 2 nights:)
Thank you!!

I stayed for a week in the beautiful Mirah guest house and it couldn't have been better. The owner and staff were so friendly and kind, always helping to make life easier and I had good chats with them about the local area. I booked all the activities I did, from hiking to cooking classes, through the guest house which made it so easy to get around. It's a nice quiet area and I just walked around to see some of the closer temples and waterfalls too. Close to rice terraces as well.
They have a restaurant at the guest house and the food was so delicious and such a good price. There are different options for breakfast too, which you can eat overlooking the rainforest, beautiful! In fact the whole garden area and around the pool was such a nice place to relax.
Even though it is a little bit outside of Ubud, this place has everything you need for a relaxing and even adventurous stay and it's very easy to get around with a scooter or Grab/taxi (you can hire a scooter from the property too).
The room itself was lovely, clean, with a comfortable bed and had air-conditioning too.
Can't recommend it enough and I hope to come back one day soon! Thankyou again!

We visited for 3 nights with 2 teen kids. Simply, this place was just perfect. Peaceful vibe, quiete, view to the jungle from the terrace, really excellent like home dishes. Definitely try Chicken Teryaki and Balinese breakfast.
And absolutely nice and warm service and assistance in any request from all the friendly staff.

This is a wonderful place located in the heart of the island. It’s surrounded by jungle, with a beautiful view from the terrace by the pool.
The food is delicious and the staff is incredibly kind. People here are always welcoming, smiling, and ready to help with absolutely everything.
I want to thank all the staff for a wonderful holiday.
I especially want to thank my driver, whose name is Wayan. He wasn’t just my driver — he was a guide, translator, and photographer. He treated me to local food and fruit.
He will always remain my friend, because without him I wouldn’t have seen so many beautiful places on the island. He also always gave me great recommendations on which restaurants to visit, where to buy fruit, and showed me how local people really live. He explained so many things about the culture and traditions of the island.
He is responsible, kind, and always smiling. I sincerely recommend using his services — you won’t regret it. You’re not just getting a driver, but a helper and local friend who has lived on the island his whole life.

Restaurant, staff, flexibility, and privacy are greatly overfilled. The laundry service was well appreciated.
The whole stay was a relaxed and satisfying experience.
The local roster which woke us up in the nighttime ;).

Mirah Guest House truly exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The natural surroundings were absolutely stunning—peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which added to the overall calm atmosphere.
The only downside was the remote location. It’s a bit far from main attractions and shops, which can be challenging without private transportation.

Lovely staff, always helpful
Great location: not too busy and still close to lots of activities (yoga, rice terraces, temples, cooking classes, silver classes)
Amazing nature surroundings
We would come back if again in Bali!!
Wifi sometimes didn’t work (but we experienced that at almost all accommodations)

I booked the Jepun cottage with private pool an I must say the view is sensational - you literally can see the jungle from your bed - I felt very privileged. The level of cleanlinesses is top- notch, mattress and sheets are wonderful, everything was sooo fresh and clean it felt amazing. Staff are extremely nice and helpful, like all Balinese people, special thanks to Ayra who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was good. Breakfast is also nice and they offer the option of BAlinese breakfast which I enjoyed very much.
It is a bit far from the city center so it can take a while to get to the fancy central restaurants. There are not many dining options in the area so that is also quite tricky. In the morning the nature wakes up earlier than me so often birds started to sing but you are in nature so it is totally normal. If you want to enjoy time in nature and a very nice accommodation far from the crowds, this is the perfect place

It’s a paradise for those seeking to escape the vibrant city and reconnect with nature - and with themselves. The place perfectly blends Balinese traditions with the beauty of the nature. I loved that the accommodation wasn’t deep in the jungle, but right next to it, which made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The property is very well maintained, especially the gardens - thanks to the care and attention of the owner. By the way, the owner is very welcoming and always open to interesting discussions.
The only little concern - was the morning noise from the kitchen, as my main intention was to enjoy the silence.

My favourite place in Bali! Loved the piece and the place, the beautiful breakfast location and the surrounding nature. Staff is really lovely as well. Will definitely be back :)

Friendly owners and workers, good breakfast, clean room bed/ towels, they ask you everyday if they can clean, and that’s nice ! Also there is a wonderful view and nice pool ! Close to some touristic place such as temples, and some delicious and well located warungs ( provided that you have a scooter ) the guest house provide such service and others !
I already mentioned the beautiful view, it’s a fact, you are in the middle of nature, with all the benefits and… inconvenient.
You should be careful regarding the room you select, mine had a kind of ‘ open ventilation ‘ for the bathroom, that mean, some unwelcome visitors can enter. It was not a problem so far.
But, in the last night, a very huge spider was in the bathroom just for the night and left in the morning. I’m not an expert but I think it was a ‘ huntsman spider ‘ just google it, you will understand… it’s not an harmful spider for humans, but very impressive, and I can guarantee you, that just it’s presence would make you think twice before entering.
That the only thing that I did not much appreciate during my stay ! But once again, you are in the nature, so you might expect such visitors.
Do not worry, not all rooms are like that I guess, just see with the staff they will help you ! It’s worth to stay there !

The view from the terrace is the only nice thing about this place.
The dark and damp rooms, uncomfortable and smelly beds and pillows, the insect nests inside the room, the staff, no hand soap, very basic and overrated room and stay.

It is such a nice place and the staff is extremly kind and hardworking. The food is also excellent.
There were a lot of ants and other insects also in the room.

The moment I entered through the front door I felt like home, walking along a winding path grazed with beautiful gardens and traditional Balinese wooden houses towards the reception and restaurant. The restaurant features amazing artwork from local wood carvers and is cozy and homey. The food is delicious and made to order.
Nyoman and his wife Wmeni welcomed me with open arms and by evening I had met most of the family and employees. Lina, Eddie and everyone else made my stay unforgettable. The bungalows are absolutely stunning, very spacious, clean and the bed is super comfortable, the interior is decorated with beautiful wooden carved furniture and white crisp linens.
The infinity pool has an amazing view onto a bamboo forest and the floating wooden terrace is the perfect spot to indulge in Mother Nature.By far my favorite place to stay when in Ubud.
Not a thing😊

We loved everything about this place, it was our favorite accommodation in Bali! Lovely staff, they would make everything so that we’re happy, gave us lots of smiles and were always there to help us. The food was very good, they have a restaurant on site and we ate almost every dish they had. The pool area is amazing, so quiet and clean, we really enjoyed the nature. Everything was clean and they also cleaned our room and changed our towels daily. They have all the services you would think of, from scooter rental, to massage, to tours etc so you don’t have to go elsewhere. Thank you for making our stay memorable, guys!

To be honest everything was perfect, staff kindness, pool, view on the jungle, food, rooms quality, all the amenities! The price for what you get is outstanding. It's the best place to stay while on Bali for sure and I will hopefully be able to come back.
The only thing that was quite bad were the walls of the houses, you could hear literally everything as I you were living outside, that was really inconvenient.

Everything about this property is so lovely, you’re fully submerged in a jungle that feels like home. Their staff is absolutely exceptional and really did make us feel at home!
Because it’s in the jungle you will hear a lot of nightlife and face mosquitos so come prepared! Also this means it’s quite far from center of ubud around 30 mins but grabs are easy to get / the hotel can arrange.

The location and the room style and the staff were lovely and helpful!
Unfortunately there were a few things that were an issue. There was 1 water tank for 2 villas and our neighbours used all the water up and we didn’t have any hot water so had to take a cold shower or wait an hour. Our room was right next to reception so could hear everything.
The room had quite a few bugs in it.
But the staff were helpful with a few things we mentioned.
Just unfortunately a had a few issues.
