I had a wonderful stay at this property in Ubud, Bali. The location is perfect — very calm and peaceful, away from the busy areas, which made our stay very relaxing. I especially loved the swimming pool. It was private and located right in front of my room with direct private access, which made it even more special and comfortable. All the staff members were very nice, kind-hearted, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made our experience even better. Definitely, I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!

Stunning views and a well-kept resort, with access being the only drawback.

Location & View – The location is excellent, with an exceptional view over the valley, especially from the living area, which was truly memorable. Apartment & Resort – The apartment was very well maintained and in great condition, with the exception of the bathrooms, which could use some attention. Overall, the entire resort is well cared for and pleasant. Food – The food was tasty, well prepared, and consistently good.

The road to the property is quite challenging and not very pleasant.

It’s a perfect place to stay if you want to escape the busy streets of Ubud, and enjoy the beautiful nature around it! The Hidden Paradise is an exceptional place, and everyone working there is extremely kind and professional. As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved this place! It was so easy to get from there to the center of Ubud (took literally just a couple of minutes), and being at the beautiful pool surrounded by nature was all I needed to relax. The hotel has really everything you need, from delicious food, to a shuffle service to the center and many more! Thank you once again for making my stay in Ubud so special, hopefully see you soon! 🙏

Very quiet, tranquil, and amidst jungle area. Overlooking gorgeous valley. Great food and very friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to Ubud and excellent location for site-seeing. Lovely treetop bar and yoga studio

Overall very nice and relaxing stay 5 min out of Ubud.

Beautifully nested in the jungle with monkeys in front of the window. Very calm, close to city center but feeling far from busy Ubud. Very large and comfortable room.

The entry area (reception/cafe/pool) does not do justice to the overall vibe of the hotel. The bar and rooms are much more nicely designed. Shampoo and shower gel smelled odd.

Honeymoon trip

The views, the nature, the staff, the flufly pancakes were awesome and our room with large infinity pool was stunning.

The only thing to mention is that the mattress was bumpy and pilow could be softer (if needed). These could be improved for a complete amazing experience.

Beautiful location. Immaculately presented and with outstanding, caring and courteous staff. The restaurant is good, the bar excellent and the spa treatments and massages made the visit really worth while. It I a great location to explore UBUD, the temples, landscape and soak up the Balinese culture.

The view was superb, the rooms excellent, the spa is recommended.

Despite asking for properly spicy food the staff refused to follow that request assuming that white people cannot eat spicy food. Cannot recommend the restaurant if requests like that are not entertained.

The room, walking out into the pool over looking the valley was amazing! It was quiet and relaxing, slightly outside of the craziness of Ubud.

As long as you’re looking for peace and quiet, it’s perfect. If you want something more vibrant, you might want to stay in the centre.

Amazing stay

The vue is astonishing, the atmosphere just magical. Amazing massage and spa. I never met staff that kind and helpful, special thanks to Angus for a very late check in with welcoming food and big smile. Breakfast is excellent. I will come back for sure.

Beautiful secluded hidden boutique resort getaway

Had a premium suite with infinity pool walk out which was gorgeous. Bed was comfy and room spacious and very clean. The resort is boutique and serene and the main pool and my room pool both had incredible views over the valley for sunsets. Staff super friendly and welcoming and brought breakfast to the room. Nicely situated outside of the busy Ubud centre but still close enough. Highly recommend!!

Everyday Cleaning of the room was very poor Room door had plenty of space on the side even when shut for animals to enter the room The shower was visible from a nearby house, and I had to shower in underwear The massage area is above the rooms. You could hear kids crying and hotel crew fixing things around the resort while getting a massage

A wonderful location a bit outside of central ubud. Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view, nice rooms and an amazing pool. We loved it here.

It’s not close to the centre, and their shuttle is not exactly convenient. It only works between 10-5 and once in an hour or two. It feels a bit a dead especially at night because they don’t have any activities and they can’t organize any transport.

The hotel's surroundings are absolutely stunning, immersing you in the beauty of nature, which perfectly complements the exceptional dining options available. The massages were heavenly and added to the overall sense of relaxation and indulgence. This stay truly felt like a slice of heaven on earth. My stay at hidden paradise was an absolute dream and I hope to be back one day.

Everything about the stay was amazing. From the location being in relaxing place in the jungle to the suburb staff. The view from my room over the infinity pool with monkeys playing right next to me were a once in a lifetime experience.

The staff went beyond helpful to be accommodating to us. We noticed a funny smell when we checked in, we were in a new room within 5 mins. The food at the restaurant, breakfast and cocktails were so reasonable in price and of such good quality.

Heaven On Earth!

This place was a hidden gem slightly outside Ubud Center. We celebrating our wedding ceremony here too, and was there in contact with the management ahead of arrival. Everything went super smoothly, the room was a dream, food was fantastic (the dinner was the best local food we have had in all our time in Bali), and all the activities we participated in arranged by the hotel were so special and well-organised. We ended up our 3 weeks travels in Asia with 2 nights here, and indeed it was the grand finale that we hoped for! A special thanks to all the staff, who all did a fantastic job!
