Rooms and facilities are excellent and really clean. Restaurant is really good and the food is delicious.
The rooms are really nice, clean and spacious.
Kids club was excellent and the staff there were great.
The grounds are really good. The walks, pools and activities were really nice.
The food from the restaurant was expensive, but it was easily the best hotel food we’ve had in Bali.
Location is good for a retreat, but you cant walk anywhere else and it’s quite difficult getting into town.
For some reason they charged us a stupid amount (almost $100k) for a bottle of water at dinner but didn’t tell us there was a free option.

The grounds of the hotel are stunning. The forest walk was spectacular. Pools are nice. Dance show is also great.
Room was smelly and moldy. I contacted the hotel a number of times before my arrival to organise dinner bookings and activities and they didn’t respond. Reception staff weren’t very helpful. Food was very average and service at dinner needs attention. Overall not up to standard for a 5 star hotel and pricing.
