Amazing views and hospitality.

The location was stunning as was the suite. All beautiful, kitted out with everything you need, including a log burning fire. Food that we ordered to the room platters and curry were huge and delicious. The wine tasting and vineyard tour were interesting and informative. Breakfast was a la carte and delicious.

Very mediocre compared to other places

Staff we think realised that we were guests so presumed we wouldn’t leave a tip . Very casual and non plussed with us . Not the service we had in the restaurant the night before !

An exceptional experience, as always.

The suites are stunning. We booked a 2 bedroom unit and it was beautifully designed, wonderfully appointed & private. The most discerning world traveller would be impressed. For Dinner we had the tasting menu & wine pairing at Jordan Restaurant, by Marthinus Ferreira, which was exceptional. Breakfast was served al-fresco, overlooking the lake and vineyards & great coffee, what more could I ask for?

Nothing. There is no thing about the experience that could be faulted, aside from the dent it left in my wallet, but that was willingly self inflicted :-D

Beautiful winery with great views, friendly staff and a relaxing setting.

A beautiful setting with fantastic views at the mountains around. The vineyards are stunning. The room is really comfortable, and the bathroom spacious with both a bath and shower. Breakfast by the lake is delicious and a great view and there was even a Wine Tasting included in the stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is a small pool

I didn’t like that the rooms were so close together, I could hear people on other balconies talking on either side. And because the only window into the room is the whole of one wall and door it is wonderful but you do need to be careful to close the curtains (blocking all the view) or anyone outside can see in (especially after dark). The pool is more of a plunge pool - you can’t swim lengths.

A beautiful holiday! We were so positively surprised

We knew this was going to be a nice place but were quite frankly so positively surprised by how much we loved it. Really beautiful grounds, the restaurant is so quaint in a gorgeous settings and the rooms are really beautifully furnished

Wine tasting ends at 4pm!! We weren't told this in advance and arrived at 4.45pm so it was too late

It was an amazing experience in overall. We can’t forget the view, wine and bathroom :)

The room design, especially the bathroom was maybe the best one we’ve ever seen, the location, view, friendly staff and wines for sure.

We stayed there on a Sunday night. Restaurant was closed. They only open it on Thu, Fri, Sat. This was a bit of disappointment but i can also understand because of operational reason. We would love to try their restaurant because our lunch there was very good. But thanks for the amazing wine platter. It was delicious and saved our lives.

Beautiful location for a wine tasting or dinner

Location in the hills is amazing. Beautiful views from the restaurants. Well kept grounds with ducks. Idyllic location for breakfast. Complimentary wine tasting. Food in the gourmet restaurant was very good, but service could have been better. The dishes came too soon after each other, it felt a bit rushed.

The location of the room was disappointing. We were expecting great views but our room (room 1) was next to the parking and views were mainly blocked by high bushes. Neighbors kept on using our terrace as a shortcut to their entrance. Also, there was a persistent smell in the room, this might have been coming from the pool next door or their filtered water system. The water also tasted of it.

Had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay here. Staff super friendly. Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was good. Due to lack of time on our side, Sydney kindly gave us a private tour of the wine cellars outside their normal opening times. Recommed staying here.

Our stay was not cheap but that was made up by the attentiveness of the staff and the surroundings.

Beautiful suite with exceptional food and service

Fantastic rooms, Matthew was very helpful with our check in and late check out. Couldn’t do enough for us. The evening restaurant and food was incredible and again the staff knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. You have to go just for the Jordan restaurant food!
