This is a beautiful property and we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which was lovely albeit dated. The staff overall were lovely
We had a very poor check in experience where the concierge was totally unhelpful and expected us to drag 2x 25kg bags and 2 carry on bags more than 500m to some unknown location which was our accommodation. When pushed she said we could store our bags in the office up a flight of stairs. I carried these bags myself while she looked on and did the same again as I struggled once more with 4 bags by myself. Terrible “could not care less” service that ruined our entire impression of the accommodation which was a shame as everyone’s was nice. Our friends room smelt of sewerage and again only after significant pressure were they provided with an alternative. Think twice and check your room before booking
