Val de Vine

The place is beautiful with a lovely restaurant overlooking the pool. there is also a really great vibe with live music all weekend.

The beds were so uncomfortable. the mattresses felt really old. There could have been a little more love and attention to details in the bedrooms

What I really liked about the hotel was how welcoming and comfortable everything felt from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is very good, with great facilities and a large leisure area that makes it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The bar area is especially nice and well located, creating a really pleasant space to hang out during the day or at night. The overall structure and installations were excellent, always clean and well maintained. Another highlight was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made the experience even better. And of course, we cannot forget Draco, the hotel’s adorable dog. We absolutely loved having him around during our stay. He made the place feel even warmer and more special.

The property was well located and well maintained

It was expensive for the size of the rooms and a bathroom located in the bedroom. The restaurant service was at snail pace and the food very average

The property itself was very beautiful. It was unfortunate that we went at the start of winter and did not get to experience the property to its fullest. But, the property itself look extremely beautiful with all is greenery, pool and seating areas.

The breakfast selection was extremely minimal and the service was slow as well. What was most disturbing and disappointing was that I had also booked a room for my parents, and the morning of checkout, whilst we were waiting extremely long for breakfast service, one of the staff had entered the room my parents were staying in, dumbed all their stuff in the suitcase (don't know what else was done), and left it like that for them to find. This was extremely upsetting for my parents as it felt like a violation of their private possessions and made me question the privacy as security of our possessions.
