The place not suitable in the actual condition to accomodate during the winter climate. To heat up the room was used the small air condition which we run during the day. The bathroom was with signs of degradation by meaning that the walls full of mold. Required maintenance and with that the price can be fair. Poor comunication by meaning as example,i have phone call and message via whats app to provide us sugar for morning coffee. The phone was not pick up as well no respond on our message. We received the sugar which mind there was not availability on our call. Strange... As long i receive the following message at the booking inbox.Please see the photo in attach. Need improvement on customer care.

The lodge offered a truly serene atmosphere, making it an ideal escape for anyone seeking peace and quiet. The surroundings were calm and beautifully maintained, creating a sense of relaxation from the moment I arrived. I was especially impressed by how exceptionally clean the entire place was, from the rooms to the shared spaces; everything was spotless and well cared for. Overall, it’s a wonderfully tranquil spot that delivers comfort, cleanliness, and a genuinely peaceful experience.

The Wi‑Fi connection was generally reliable and worked well for basic browsing and communication. However, it could be improved to better support tasks that require stronger, more stable bandwidth, such as online work, virtual meetings, or streaming. With a slight upgrade, it would significantly enhance the overall experience for guests who need to stay connected while travelling.
