Being close to city center
Hotel looks smaller than in photos. Less space. Rooms decoration is a bit outdated.

Friendly, helpful and polite staff
Very nice bed, wonderful breakfasts.
Front desk ordered taxi service who were fantastic.
Spa treatment with Beau was absolutely 5 star. She was so nice and caring.
Bathroom smelt fishy, shower needs updating , looks dirty and used. TV system could do with an update. Channels fuzzy.
Room quite dark.
Parking inside tight squeeze.
