The room to street was very noisy, the bathroom need a bit of a service (water runs out off the shower) otherwise nice room.

Beakfasts were wonderful. Friendly service.

For people travelling via train to find an easy to find lo ation with great breakfast included, close to the Mt Tamaro telecabin, and the waterpark it was very very simple. This is a hotel beside the train station and not a destination lux stop. For this purpose, it was perfect. Kids loved it.

The facility and towels were pretty tired. The town and location were rough too. After talking with others, it became obvious that Rivera was not a standard "place to stay" but rather a place to visit for the day - waterpark and mountains.

Ausgesprochen hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, das auch die Laktoseprobleme meiner Frau einwandfrei umgesetzt hat. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Beim Nachtessen sogar extra Risotto zubereitet, obwohl nicht auf der Karte. Zweckdienliches Zimmer mit allem was nötig war. Eigener Hotel Eingang, barrierefreie Treppe. Für zwei Nächte zu empfehlen, nur 400 m vom Splash und Spa Tamaro entfernt. Fussweg Markiert vom Hotel her.

Zu kleines Zimmer, unseres war nicht barrierefrei, aber dies war für uns auch nicht notwendig. Sicht gar keine, resp. An die Hausmauer daneben. Keine Zahngläser, Sonst alles I.O.
