This home is my all time favorite!

The property was very, very well located. A few meters to great restaurants and shopping and a short walk to the riverside, the station and parks. The decor is wonderful with many details that make the home cozy and comfortable. It is esthetic and pleasing to the eye. I have been to many places and I can say that this is one of the most thoughtful I have seen and undoubtedly the most skillfully, and most winsomely interestingly decorated and detailed. Eye-catching! The arrival was super easy and the contact was fantastic at all times. 100% recommended!!

Struttura accogliente, letto comodo, bagno spazioso. Camera arredata in modo originale.

Le porte di ingresso alle camere non sono insonorizzate, si sentono le persone nelle altre stanze e si sente tutto (anche un colpo di tosse). Manca il frigorifero e l'ingresso di disimpegno, non lascia spazio alla privacy. La doccia sembra un po' vissuta.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Idéalement situé pour profiter de la ville et du bord de mer. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, confortables et propres. On avait même un petit balcon privé (en plus de la terrasse commune). Les instructions pour l’arrivée étaient très claires et le propriétaire était très sympathique. Possibilité de stationnement gratuit à 5 min à pied.

Gostei muito da localização, das condições do quarto (conforto, espaço, equipamentos, vista) e da simpatia e disponibilidade do proprietário. A decoração de todo o Loft é muito interessante e significativa. Vale a pena saber! Muito perto, a uns 400m há um parque de estacionamento gratuito e tive sempre lugar para o carro, sem problema.

Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a darci consigli utili e a fare il possibile per rendere la nostra permanenza confortevole. La struttura è curata con dettagli non comuni tra arte e storia, ambienti particolari e accoglienti che le conferiscono un fascino unico. Nonostante si trovi nel pieno centro storico, l’alloggio è risultato sorprendentemente silenzioso e tranquillo, garantendo un ottimo riposo. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chi desidera un’esperienza piacevole e autentica.

Molto bello l’arredamento, tutto molto curato nei dettagli, c’erano anche dei bei balconcini dove potersi sedere per rilassarsi, posizione centrale ottima, vicina anche alla spiaggia. Praticamente una volta arrivati non c’è bisogno di usare la macchina ma si può raggiungere qualsiasi servizio e anche la spiaggia a piedi! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Struttura in zona ottima, comoda al centro e al lungo mare. Le stanze sono spaziose e confortevoli. Pier é sempre stato disponile e gentile, ci ha permesso di utilizzare la stanza e lasciare i bagagli anche ben oltre l'orario di check-out. Torneremo! Super consigliato

La pulizia è da rivedere, abbiamo chiesto due camere e due bagni ma una camera era di passaggio per arrivare all’altra. Mancava l’armadio in una camera, e altre piccole pecche.
