A Perfect Choice in Chiavari

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was very kind and always available for assistance. We had a lovely room with a big bathroom and balcony. The air conditioning works well. The bed was comfortable. Each balcony has a drying rack which was great for pool and beach towels. The hotel provides pool towels and a bag to use during the stay. The pool area was spacious and lovely. The restaurant was excellent. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk away, as is the sea. The area was very beautiful and we used it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre and the surrounding region.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, left wanting for nothing.

Hotel is situated in the old quarter and has every facility. We were upgraded to a gorgeous room. Breakfast and it's choices were amazing. I have to say all the staff were friendly, always happy with big smiles and made you feel special. A special shout out to Francesca on reception. A lovely lady who went above and beyond for us in many ways. A wonderful hotel and would definitely return.

The room was comfortable enough for 2 adults and one kid. The location was ok, close to the train station and the beach. Nice little swimming pool.

I think in this kind of hotel the cappuccino should have been made properly and not with a automatic coffee machine.

Staff were very kind helpful and polite at all times. Room was comfortable, had everything one needed, kettle,tea and coffee was supplied, room cleaned daily, breakfast good. We aet a few times at the hotel restaurant even on Christmas day. It was first class. Location is amazing.

Everything with this stay was perfect and all of us five loved it.

The breakfast was superb! My kids never eat breakfast but during this stay they sure did! Everything was fresh and staff so good. Helpful staff in reception and restaurang/bar, loved the pool and bar, we will def come back such a quiet place but near to everything.

It was a perfect choice for a family with children. Children had a separate bedroom with 2 beds. Very clean. Bathroom is well equipped and there are a lot of towels. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good and also the rest of facilitites are well maintained. The room was quite, also you can hear some noises from neighbour rooms

Staff closes swimming pool quite early. We didn't have a chance to use it, but honestly it was too cold anyway for a pool
