Good location. There is a large supermarket nearby. It is a 30-minute walk to the sea. Private enclosed area. Large parking space for a car. Private swimming pool. The owner of this villa is very nice. The neighbourhood is quiet. We recommend this villa.

Be prepared to be controlled in everything you do, with little privacy. No access to the kitchen, which is a big minus.

Good room, bad experience overall

We stayed 3 nights at this location. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Excellent location for people with children. But…

A big downside is that the place has a stove but it cannot be used, a grill that is forbidden to use, and a pool that is only for decoration. Apparently, these amenities are not actually offered, but there is also no sign indicating that they are off-limits. We were left with a bitter taste also because the owner, or a relative of his, came on the second evening and watched very closely what we were doing. Very unpleasant!!! The breakfast contains the cheapest Conad products. A good croissant and a proper coffee would have been much more appreciated than baskets with awful products.

Una bella villa sulle colline di Chiavari, silenziosa e tranquilla. Camera spaziosa, molto confortevole, ordinata e pulita. Alessandro, il "padrone di casa" è stato molto cortese e gentile.

Da migliorare la colazione, magari aggiungendo dei prodotti freschi e senza metterne solo confezionati.

Een verborgen oase die je direct het Italië gevoel geeft.

Een top locatie waar je routeplanner error van krijgt. Maar vooraf Google maps gekeken. Bij de apotheek het straatje in. Hierna is de straat smal en stijl omhoog. Wees hierop alert! Tot het einde links door een poort. We hadden de familie kamer en deze ligt half onder de grond. Hierdoor wel lekker koel maar weinig uitzicht. Dit wordt goedgemaakt als je bij het zwembad zit. Op 6 min. lopen (tegenover apotheek) restaurant Da rostio. De eigenaar reserveert evt voor je. Ruime maaltijden. Volgens de wet moet er een badmeester bij het zwembad. (regels en wetten Italië) Heerlijk gezwommen in een mooi zwembad. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De familiekamer is groot en ruim, net als de badkamer.

We hebben goed geslapen maar de matrassen zijn stevig tot hard. maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur. Het enige wat een verbeter punt is voor de beheerder is het ontbijt. Dit bestaat uit voorverpakte broodjes en dergelijke. Ik zou adviseren laat verse broodjes bezorgen of bak zelf afbakbroodjes. Let op de inhoud van de producten, zoals suiker en wat keuze in hartig beleg. Een paar simpele en goedkope aanpassingen kan het ontbijt een stuk gezonder en luxer geserveerd worden. Ik hoop dat het aangepast word. Verder Alessandro je bent een top gozer en bedankt voor je gastvrijheid.

Aici voi vorbi doar despre ce am inchiriat bed & breakfast 🙂, unde camera a fost curata si destul de mare, noi am avut-o pe cea de la demisol unde se simte putin miros de umezeala. Cafeaua foarte buna.

*drum destul de anevois si putin dificil de ajuns pana la cazare .*mic dejun foarte putin *putine locuri de servot masa *ce ne-a deranjat cel mai mult a fost ca nu puteai folosi nimic din ce se gasea in acea casa, gratar, piscina, terase din exterior...

Environnement calme et extérieur très agréable

Logement avec 2 chambres séparées grandes et confortables, salle de bain grande et fonctionnelle, très propre, extérieur et piscine extrêmement agréable, dans un coin calme, Alessandro est au petit soin pour un agréable séjour. Il faut compter environ 30 minutes de voiture pour rejoindre les zones touristiques.

Les petits-déjeuners sont basiques avec produits en sachet, pourraient être améliorés avec des produits locaux et frais (mais je l'ai indiqué à Alessandro en partant et il a dit qu'il en tiendrait compte 🙂). Logement San Fruttuoso en sous-sol (mais avec fenêtres), il ne faut pas craindre d'être en niveau semi enterré (mais il y a d'autres logements en étage dans la maison).

Posto tranquillo e rilassante a pochi minuti da Chiavari

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa bellissima Villa poco fuori Chiavari in una parte sotto della casa camera San Fruttuoso molto fresca e non abbiamo avuto bisogno di usare il condizionatore ... Alessandro ci ha accolto molto bene persona simpatica e disponibile. Stanza quadrupla molto spaziosa dorata di wifi e TV e letti comodi...

Colazione semplice e buona migliorabile con una piccola aggiunta di yogurt burro affettato...

Soggiorno confortevole e rilassante , super consigliato

Struttura situata nel verde. Zona tranquilla, silenziosa e rilassante. Giusto davanti presenta un ampio parcheggio comodissimo. Struttura recintata e sicura. Appena siamo arrivati siamo stati accolti da Alessandro, il proprietario, un ragazzo disponibile, cordiale, attento al cliente. Si è sempre accertato del nostro benessere per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole e completo possibile. Si è reso disponibile a qualsiasi nostra proposta inerente al nostro viaggio. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto ampia; c’era un frigorifero con due bottigliette d’acqua, in omaggio, che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Il bagno è stato confortevole, non ci è mancato davvero nulla. La nostra camera aveva anche un balcone, vista giardino, dove potersi rilassare. Avevamo la colazione inclusa: la cucina era molto accogliente, ben organizzata in base agli ospiti, i posti erano assegnati così da facilitare la colazione. La colazione era molto semplice ma ben fornita. Ringraziamo Alessandro per l’attenzione che ci ha regalato.
