Everything was good

I liked this hotel much better than what the advert on Booking was telling us. It was a very nice hotel, tastefully decorated, very close to the beach and the staff was absolutely adorable. Also the breakfast was very good and the staff that worked there every morning was very welcoming and friendly. My room was on the 5th floor, I had a nice view over the sea in the distance. The room was also very clean. A big bonus were the bikes that you can use. I used them every day and had much fun riding them!
I would definitely come back to this place. This is really as a hotel should be!
The hotel rooftopbar is very lively in the evening, they play music and it can be a bit loud.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of delicious options at the buffet.
One day we decided to stay in and work from our laptops while enjoying breakfast on the terrace. The setting was beautiful and the staff were so accommodating, making sure we felt comfortable and well looked after.
We also appreciated the convenience of being able to leave our key at reception, which is staffed at all times. This made things much easier, especially when heading out to the beach without having to worry about losing it.
Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for both of us.
We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and the food was fantastic. We also tried the rooftop cocktails and our favourite was the Witch Sour.
The beach is walking distance, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. You do not need a car here!
We came home with wonderful memories of Chiavari and our stay here made the trip extra special.
Highly recommended!
The only thing that bothered us during our stay was the noise coming from the room above. One night it was loud enough to wake us up, and we had to call reception. The staff were very kind and responded quickly, resolving the issue right away. It definitely wasn’t their fault, some guests can be quite inconsiderate, especially late at night.

It was fine
There was a fish moth in the bathroom...when there's one, there's usually more so maybe its time to fumigate.

Strategic location, few minutes by foot from the historical city Center and few minutes from the beaches. Perfect Greek restaurant in the same street. The hotel is under reconstruction. Rooms were spacious and clean. Small fridge in the room. Hotel offer very variable breakfast with very tasty local foccacia. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant, maybe with the next stay. Hotel offer paid parking in the underground garage few minutes by foot, you have to pick up the ticket for parking in the reception and you can unload and load the luggage in front of the hotel. The ladies in the reception were very kind and helpful, they order umbrellas on the beach for us twice and advise with the sightseeing.

Great location, room was lovely and clean and larger than expected, AC was good, terrace was nice, breakfast was awesome, staff was super helpful and pleasant!
The ONLY thing that was irksome was that both for check-in and check-out the spaces out front reserved for hotel loading and unloading we’re all taken - and not by other people checking in or out. We were able to park briefly in handicapped spots out front but it would have been nice.
But that was the ONLY issue with our stay! Will definitely recommend!

My second visit and once again I was charmed by the hotel and Chiavari itself. The staff are so friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean.
Only a small gripe would have liked some more fresh fruit choices with breakfast but there was plenty of other choices, but I’m trying to be a bit more healthy and the focaccia was so tempting!

Location was good, easy access to surrounding areas by car and also the train station very close by. Both the old town and the beach within a short walking distance. The room was clean and breakfast good, especially if you're into sweet pastries!
Rooms quite basic, tidy and ok, but no extras. Sound insulation pretty poor, both the sounds from the streets and neighbouring rooms could be heard quite clearly. The hotel has no lounge area and breakfast was served on an underground floor, so this was best suited for just staying overnight, not a hotel where one would want to spend any extra time. A really strong fragrance probably from something that was used for cleaning was really disturbing upon arrival.

Good-sized room in largish hotel on one of the main streets in the town centre, an easy walk from the sea-front. Clean, comfortable, good wifi. Good breakfast included in the price. Friendly reception.
Curious incident when I arrived, as the door to the room I was booked in wouldn't open, and they had to give me another room.
No real complaints.

We like to location of the hotel, it is close to Portofino town - place we wanted to see end explore. Also the price was reasonable. Staff very kind and helpfull, especially in the restaurant during the breakfest. Our room was big and spacious with balcony, so you can easily move around with all your suitcases and things. We like that. The bed was comfortable.
Breakfest offer could be better. We know some 3* hotels with much much better food offer. Also reception staff could ask guests about their stay, how was it, did they enjoy their stay etc. That would be nice. So the hotel management can have feedback and maybe emprove something in their abilities.

They are very kind and welcomed. We had to leave early than the breakfast and they allowed us to do it 10 minutes early than they usually open. I was expecting few things, but no, everthing was done, in place, perfect displayed and staff happy! Well done. I really recoment them.

Advertised Sky Tv but it didn't work.
Safe is stupidly small could not put my laptop in.
Stupid small TV just hung sideways above the desk.
The shower is ridiculously small.
The bidet is situated directly in front of the toilet.
horrible coffee disgusting.
the restaurant was not open due to a lack of bookings but they did recommend a great Greek restaurant that was fabulous so thanks for that

The staff is very friendly and competent. They are responsive to the needs of their guests. The hotel is very centrally located and ideal for visitors who are planning a beach vacation.
I would like to see more choice at breakfast for example more fruit (melons, pineapple, etc.) or more choice of cheeses.

Perfect location (proximity to the beach & old town) in beautiful Chiavari (great base for visiting Portfofino, Camogli, Cinque Terre or Genova). Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms cleaned perfectly every day. We had great holidays in Stella Del Mare !
Nothing.
