Historical Hotel

Beautiful villa with great neighbourhood. Many good restaurants, shops and beautiful church. The villa itself has long history, belong to the wealthy Genoa family : Fieschi. Donatella very kind and helpful. If you love history and antique, this is your hotel. Breakfast also super delicious.

locatin is great and staff was so kind and helpful

it is really not clean at all :( there is a bad smell on the stairs, the bathroom is so old and dirty and ground was not cleaned at all. also breakfast is limited to 4 products which does not deserve the money. even asking for an additional bread needs to be approved by the management somehow?!

Great place to stay for overnight. Quite, clean and secure!

Room was quite clean and the terrace, parking space, garden was great. Smiley staff. Helpful, polite and very welcoming. Bathroom was large as well. The place was secure. It has private parking where i parked my motorcycle. I arrived around 21:30 therefore the restaurant was closed. I would try their pizzas but next time.

The doors are old therefore no sound proofing. The staff were chatting with the guests at the lobby which was 1 floor down but there is a huge atrium so the whole laughter and chat was in my room. But considering the kindness of the staff, this was not an issue anyway.

Location close to the beach. The staff was nice and friendly.

The same choice for breakfast everyday and no buffet. The choices were limited (4 choices of products per person). Old furniture and the shower water pressure was very low.

Clean and quiet in a great location for visiting the Ligurian Coast.

The room was clean and spacious and the location is a very good base for visiting both Portofino area and Cinque Terra. Plus the local towns of Lavagna and Chiavari are very nice in their own right. It was quiet at night.

The area around the hotel is pretty bare and mostly serves as a parking lot. Breakfast could be improved. The coffee is from an machine and isn’t very good. Be advised that there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues that could be a problem for getting your suitcases to your room.

The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. There is a lovely homely feeling at Villa Freschi and we were so happy about the location. It was literally a few minutes walk to the centre of Lavagna and close to station, restaurants and supermarket. The breakfast was exceptional and our friends had a good dinner one of the evenings. They make stunning pizza and are famous for this. Thank-you so much - will definitely be back as it’s so close to where my cousin lives.

Le lit et la salle de bains c’était la punition. Le petit déjeuner juste acceptable. Machine à café en panne , couverts sales, lit inconfortable et pas propre, salle d’eau minuscule.

Piacevole soggiorno invernale nella Liguria di levante

Villa Fieschi è una villa storica nel centro di lavagna, con un ampio giardino e un parcheggio interno. Eventualmente ce n'è uno gratuito e pubblico a 50 metri. Il luogo, sebbene in centro paese, è tranquillo e molto silenzioso. La struttura è accogliente, con spazi comuni ampi e ben tenuti. Il personale è gentilissimo. La colazione è abbondante. Giro molto per lavoro e questa struttura mi è piaciuta parecchio.

Non è una critica, ma solo una segnalazione. La stanza che mi ha accolto, essendo solo, era piccola. Per me non è stato un problema, ma il bagno, comunque molto pulito e con tutto il necessario, a causa delle dimensioni, non ha il bidet. Da tenere presente.

Struttura molto bella, che arricchisce il soggiorno della sensazione di vivere la Liguria autentica del secolo scorso. La posizione combinata alla possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio interno è sicuramente un plus da non trascurare. Disponibilità del personale e qualità della colazione hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

Bagno molto piccolo, privo di bidet, con porta che era impossibile chiudere (non a chiave, ma proprio in assoluto, a causa di un evidente dissesto degli infissi), phon per i capelli automatico, insufficiente per capelli lunghi.

Schöne alte Villa mit Charakter - sehr freundliches Personal, Lage ruhig und doch zentral !

Die Villa ist sehr schön und das Personal zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück im kleinen Saal haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage war für uns ideal, um mit dem Fahrrad die Umgebung zu erkunden.
