Location was the only thing going for this place.

You are getting a room in someone’s apartment. There was a closet in the room that you were told you were not allowed to use. Which meant you could not unpack any clothes. It was hot in the room, and this is coming from someone who doesn’t mind the heat but it was unbearable. It is at street level on a main street so anyone walking by can look in.

Never got the wifi, never got the free parking. Access to the kitchen only possible early in the morning or early in the evening. Host was not that super nice either .. any way the place is well located but way too expensive for what it is.

For starters, the space inside looks sinister! An old and poorly maintained house. In relation to this issue, it would be acceptable if the owner had posted photographs of the entire surrounding space and not just the rooms and the outside building. Regarding the building, the photos that are advertised show the entire building together with an adjacent gate. The notion that it gives is that the accommodation works throughout the building and that the gate refers to access to a FREE parking space, as mentioned in the advertisement. My friends, don't be fooled, because it's just the ground floor apartment and the gate is for someone to access... but not the guests!! Parking is PUBLIC and PAID on the street in front of the building. Upon arriving at the room, we immediately came across duct tape on the switches. It was placed like this to prevent the lights built into the ceiling from being turned on! The room had AC (a good and modern Daikin AC), but its operation is up to the owner! When I asked for the AC command (because I couldn't find it in the room) the owner replied for me not to worry because it was set to work automatically from 11pm to 8:30am at a temperature of 28º!!! RIDICULOUS!!! after insistence on our part, he did not give us the AC command. WITHOUT ANY AUTONOMY ABOUT THE OPERATION OF THE AC. It was explained to us that this issue was covered by an "energy consumption law/norm"... just lies! The only lights we were allowed to turn on were the bed lamps and a chandelier that out of 3 lamps, only 2 worked... An interesting detail was having a velvet curtain blocking the windows of the bedroom door... Terrible acoustics! We paid €156 for the night we slept there. Extremely high value for the quality provided to us! We still considered leaving, but we were going to lose a lot of value (there was no free cancellation) and by the time it was already gone, we decided to stay.

Couldn’t use air conditioning even though was in description. No breakfast - non existent. Had to wear slippers provided by staff and leave shoes outside door. No designated smoking area. No dining table. Living with residents that own the property that sneak around and don’t have privacy. Wardrobe held together with tape. Only 1 hand towel per room. Everything was awful and wouldn’t recommend.

Nice place to stay and near the beach. The host was really friendly. It can be recommended. Everthing can be reached on foot.
