Location was nice, in the city center and also near the main train station.

The hotel could use an upgrade overall and the door codes that you needed to use to get into your room did not work properly: you had to use a bit of strenght to open that door 🙂

Brilliant place to stay and visit. we hope to return

Friendly helpful staff. very clean and well maintained property.We had only booked for one night but liked it so much we stayed for three nights. Lovely bar cafe downstairs. Great location being near beach, train station and shops. Ideal for visiting other towns too

Made our stay comfortable overall, everything we needed was available very close by and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was wonderful. The beach is only 5-minutes away to left and Piazza with numerous shops and restaurants available to the right. Everything is accessible by foot and the surrounding buildings create a peacful and italian-esque atmosphere.

Food and drink aren’t available. Breakfast is available through the bar/cafeteria connected to the hotel itself and the staff juggle both at the same time.

Location practical and staff happy to help I have stayed at this Hotel more than once

only thing I would say is to better mark the step in the bathroom (mind the step type of sign). I could hardly see it as all same colour tiles and almost fell in more than one occasion

A mix up over whether breakfast was included… We had booked to include breakfast but were told firmly that this was not the case. No one at the desk to ask.

Warm, comfy and clean

Location is amazing, right in the centre of Chiavari. Wi-Fi is stable and good. Room was warm and had good fasilities

Had a mishap on arrival, I did not warn them when I might arrive and therefore nobody was there. However, I called and they very quickly arrived to let me in and organise everything. Would love to have breakfast included!

Great patisserie - cafe for breakfast, efficient air conditioning, good bathroom and shower, comfortable bed, strong wi-fi connection, kind and prompt staff: all that a working traveler needs.

I tripped twice on a little step in the bathroom: perhaps a warning signal of that unexpected gap would greatly help prevent incidents

Ottimo Hotel in centro a Chiavari

Hotel in posizione ottima a meno di un minuto dalla stazione ferroviaria e a pochi passi dal centro storico. Stanza pulita, confortevole e silenziosa. Personale gentile, disponibile e discreto. A completare il quadro un Bar Caffetteria Pasticceria molto ben fornito: non un semplice angolo bar ma un vero e proprio locale aperto al pubblico ottimo per colazione, merenda e aperitivo. Insomma esperienza positiva.

Gradevole e molto comodo

posizione eccellente, vicina al centro e al mare. Camera ampia e piacevole, bagno molto bello, nuovissimo ! Pulizia ottima.

la colazione servita nel bar pasticceria (annesso) aperto al pubblico, genera confusione e scarso servizio ai tavoli (ammesso di trovarne uno libero!) temperatura nel locale piuttosto freddina. Al mattino, specialmente d'inverno, non il massimo del comfort per un'ospite dell' hotel.

Chiavari - eine Entdeckung

grosses Zimmer mit Fenster auf Seitengasse, daher ruhig gelegen und dennoch nahe am Altstadtkern. Moderes Badezimmer, freundlicher Empfang, Hoteleigene Garage um die Ecke. Stadtbekannte Konditorei mit verführerischen Spezialitäten im Haus.
