It has everything one needs for a day or two near the beach. Clean and modern with a modest breakfast. Definitely coming

Very friendly hotel

Very friendly staff! Newly renovated bathrooms. Quiet hotel. The hotel has a private beach where you get sunchair and umbrella for free.

The bathroom was excellet. But the rooms and facilities was a little bit worn and outdated, although clean.

It was all great for the price, really nothing negative to say. Plus Isidro, the young guy on the desk was super friendly and very helpful, he saved one of my nights, in fact!

The Lobby receptionist was very helpful, had a very good english, and helped me call several pharmacies to find a Covid testing center.

Rooms are very very old, they were not dirty, but the bed and bed sheets felts more like an emergency center than a 90 Euro per night hotel.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Nice outside seating areas with shade. Informal atmosphere. Reasonable price.

Pot luck parking. Basic breakfast. Near train tracks so need to keep windows closed at night.

Parking was great. Staff was friendly.

Very noisy A/C, which couldn't be controlled easily. Walls made out of paper so you can hear every word from neighbours' rooms. Elevator smells badly. No place for drying wet beach clothes in room.

Very good value for the money

The place has been fully renovated, very nice garden. Rooms were perfectly clean although the furniture are kind of vintage. Breakfast was very good. Overall a great choice for the money.

There was no plug to charge the telephone near the bed

Great staff and clean anti-covid-19 hotel ;)

Great hospitality and very clean hotel. The owners make sure all is desinfected during the Covid-19 period. In every floor you can find desinfected gel. Top is slso free Lido with 2 beds and umbrella! Free parking- huge!

Wir waren das 2. Mal dort und haben uns wieder wohl gefühlt.

Das Frühstück ist nicht übermäßig aber gut und Ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Hoteleigene Strandabschnitt ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen ist gut und spart viel Geld, man kann zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten Lavagna und Chiavari erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt Videoüberwachte Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.

Das Badezimmer war etwas klein, wir hatten in genau diesem Hotel schon ein größeres bei einem anderen Aufenthalt

Posizione strategica

Posizione ottimale, comodo alla stazione ferroviaria, al porto turistico e al centro, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Parcheggio interno. Letti comodi, bagno di recente ristrutturazione e infissi che rendevano insonorizzata la camera. Pulizia molto buona.

Colazione varia ma quasi tutti prodotti confezionati, mancando il ristorante interno nulla di cucinato all'interno. Ad agosto i prezzi sono alti per solo pernottamento e colazione.

Pulizia della struttura. La posizione molto comoda, dall autostrada in 5 min si arriva. Staff all'accoglienza molto cortese.

La colazione è da migliorare sicuramente, sia per la qualità delle brioches sia per i succhi al distributore, parecchio diluiti. Peccato. Camere in fase di ristrutturazione. Non grandi, ma molto pulite!

Comoda per raggiungere località circostanti più amabili.

La struttura nel suo complesso, ma per chi ama le spiagge e il mare deve spostarsi altrove. Buona base per poi raggiungere, consiglio il treno, in auto è impossibile, località come Rapallo, Santa Margherita e Portofino.

La mancanza di prese shuco… non ce ne sono proprio in stanza e le camere non sono molto insonorizzate….
