never answer me after i check out and forget my staff

Attractive suite in central historic building

The location in historic building excellent. Attractive features and comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities and fridge. Bathroom well provisioned. Air conditioning good. Pedestrianised road meant no traffic.

Living room too dark and requires more wall/floor lighting. Shower holder broken. (Previously reported in another review?) Wifi not working in living room (reported on arrival). Small amount of cutlery and a couple of plates would be handy.

A beautiful property in the center of town. Perfect for exploring the heart of the city & Villa Rocca.

Connecting with the proprietor took a bit, but we persevered & all was fine. Best to connect through the app or WhatsApp.

Bellissima dimora storica

La suite è bellissima, Gli ambienti, l'arredamento, il materiale informativo, tutto è curato con attenzione e intelligenza. Siamo andati in inverno e temevo che il riscaldamento non fosse efficiente, ma mi sono ricreduto quando, dopo avere impostato il termostato a 20 gradi, i termosifoni erano bollenti. TUtto ha funzionato alla perfezione.

Abbiamo pernottato il sabato, e l'affaccio sulla strada principale di Chiavari fa passare i rumori di qualche passante troppo esuberante. Per il resto è stato tutto perfetto.

Skvělé ubytování přímo v centru

Apartmán jsme rezervovali na poslední chvíli a byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Nabízel dvě ložnice, koupelnu vybavenou toaletními potřebami, obývací pokoj s lednicí, rychlovarnou konvicí a kávovarem. Příjemným bonusem byly kapsle do kávovaru, čaj a dvě malé vody zdarma. Vše bylo velmi čisté, apartmán byl hezky vybaven, postele velmi pohodlné. Klimatizace v každém pokoji byla v horkých dnech velkým plusem. Ubytování se nachází přímo v centru města, s kavárnou hned naproti domu. V okolí jsou různé obchody a nedaleko je supermarket Conad. Pekárna hned vedle domu, výborné snídaně. Parkování sice není k dispozici přímo u apartmánu, ale bez problémů jsme zaparkovali na Piazza Roma, jen dvě minuty chůze od domu. Cena parkování byla 1,50 € za hodinu, platí se pouze od 8:00 do 20:00. Vždy jsme našli volné místo. Přes den jsme navíc parkovali přímo u pláže zdarma. Apartmán se nachází ve vyšším patře bez výtahu, což může být nevýhoda pro někoho s omezenou pohyblivostí. Klíče byly připraveny ve schránce před bytem, kód jsme obdrželi před check-inem – vše proběhlo hladce. Celkově velmi příjemné ubytování, ideální pro ty, kteří chtějí být v centru dění a ocení čistotu, pohodlí a dobrou dostupnost.

Posizione centrale e comoda a tutto. Disponibilità dell’host per accedere in anticipo rispetto l’orario di check in. Kit cortesia e acqua in stanza.

Ottima soluzione a un buon prezzo

L'appartamento era veramente molto grande e fornito di tutto il necessario per una buonissima permanenza. Situato in zona centralissima in una strada pedonale ma a pochi passi da un grande parcheggio (un po' affollato ma con grande ricambio). Il letto era molto grande e comodissimo. Ottimo in tutto

Solo (forse) la doccia di dimensioni 'standard' ma solo per essere davvero pignolo. In realtà andava benissimo anche quella.
