In big need of renovation

Great location, close to the beach and the city center.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The foot of the bed was broken, the shutters and the balcony door were stuck, a skirting board was loose and lying around in the room, and the shower door was completely detached. There was mold in the silicone joints in the bathroom, and the mattress had noticeable springs, making it very uncomfortable. We reported all these issues, but were told that repairs wouldn’t be made until October – it’s August now. This is definitely not good value for money. You’re essentially paying a high price just for the location. The hotel is in serious need of renovation. Everything is old and poorly maintained. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.

I would not stay again.

Good place and within a perfect location.

I have asked for a room with twin beds and I was given a double bed instead. I have asked to get my room sorted or to be moved to a different room and I wax told to wait until the following day as the cleaners and the ladies who are setting the rooms were not available/ pity but me and my son had to put up with it until the following day. Breakfast was okeish- I do not recommend the scrambled eggs as they are super salted but a part from that the rest of the food is Okey.

Warm welcome and good value for money

Great Location with top floor double aspect room over looking the Mediterranean and across the bay to Portofino plus inland to the country. Free Parking on the promenade if you could find a space . Handy for walking into town and along the promenade. Restaurant for dinner very good.

Perfekte Lage, familiäre und sehr freundliche.

Wir waren im Hotel 6 Tage und etwas Abwechslung beim Frühstücksangebot wäre gut . Und wir hatten im Bad sehr wenig Ablagefläche und viel Ameisen besonders im bad !? Auch nach dem duschen das Wasser ist übergelaufen durch Unebenheit der Duschboden .

Hotel in ottima posizione sul mare

Ottima posizione, l'hotel e' situato direttamente sul mare in una zona tranquilla e vicino al centro. La stanza che avevamo noi al terzo piano aveva un balcone e' una piccola terrazza con una vista stupenda sul mare. La colazione e' stata ottima con molta scelta di prodotti freschi e torte. Un grazie al personale che e' stato molto gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Posizione perfetta, fronte mare e a 10 min a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio comodo in strada anche se difficile da trovare; a pagamento (€ 0,50 cent in bassa stagione e a € 1,5 in alta stagione) a pochi metri dall'hotel. Camera fantastica, con 2 terrazzini e vista mare! Colazione varia e curata. Staff carino, gentile, premuroso e sempre con il sorriso!

Wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Meer

Das Zimmer ist wunderschön und der Ausblick war einfach phantastisch! Die Lage (direkt am Meer und fußläufig nah am Zentrum) ist unschlagbar gut. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Personal ist unendlich freundlich! Ein Aufenthalt hier ist wirklich empfehlenswert!

Alles war wirklich sauber, nur am Bad merkt man, dass das Hotel schon etwas älter ist. Den Türen der Dusche und dem Abfluss täten auf Dauer eine Erneuerung gut.

En charmig pärla med perfekt läge i Chiavari

Förtjusande hotell med perfekt läge vid strandpromenaden i Chiavari. Atmosfären, personalen, charmen – ett alldeles underbart ställe att njuta av lata semesterdagar på. Zia Piera är familjärt, vänligt, och det är nära till allt. Du strosar ner i morgonrock till havet och tar ett dopp. Äter en stilla lunch på hotellets strandservering. Vi bodde tre personer i sviten med terass och jacuzzi – som hade fräscht badrum med skön dusch, bra air condition, en bekväm dubbelsäng och faktiskt en riktigt skön bäddsoffa också. Uteduschen på terassen var också en hit!

Vi tyckte om allt och skulle gärna komma tillbaka. Men bra att veta att rummen är små och det är ganska lite förvaring, samt att frukosten är i enklaste laget – kokt ägg, baguette, ost, skinka, croissant, juice och kaffe, och en massa sötsaker. Hotellet är också rätt skavt och slitet på sina ställen, och terassen skulle kanske behöva fräschas upp lite. På en del ställen kan sånt kännas unket, men Zia Piera är så genuint trevligt och charmigt att det inte stör.

Vacanza in relax e bellezza

La struttura è molto accogliente e ben posizionata a pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia. La ns camera, la black, in realtà una suite, molto spaziosa, elegante, pulitissima e fornita di tutto. Il terrazzo grande e ben attrezzato con due lettini, due sdraio e un grande tendone per il sole. La colazione abbondante e varia sia dolce che salata. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l’intervento tempestivo di un falegname per un inconveniente alla porta scorrevole del bagno. I titolari e lo staff gentilissimi in particolare la Sig.ra Claudia che ha saputo rispondere e consigliarci sempre per il meglio. Soggiorno fantastico! Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Romantico e in posizione perfetta

Suite nera molto bella … per la tematica e per la dimensione della camera… molto bello il terraZZO Da fare qualche lavoretto di manutenzione ma nulla che influisca su come si presenta

Forse la terrazza troppo esposta al passaggio della strada e avrei essendo suite a quel costo lasciato un presente di accoglienza ma nulla da far cambiare la valutazione. Colazione standard mancava tutto ciò low carbo o proteico

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, ebenfalls die Lage von Zimmer 323 mit 2 Balkons!!! Das Personal ist kompetent und sehr nett und verbindlich!!Die Verbindung zu Altstadt und Strand ist in 2 bis 10 Minuten zu machen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Berge und andere Küstenorte iat Chiavari SUPER !! Der Ort ist sehr schön mit seinen Arkaden , Plätzen und Märkten !! Kein Tourismus - Ort ! Lecker Essen zu Normal- Preis!!!

Die Tourismus - Info war erst nicht zu finden! Sie ist sehr unterbesetzt! Englisch sollte man auch können!! Die Parksituation ist schlecht. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und haben das Auto nur 2 mal benutzt. Der kostenlose P ist ca . 1 km entfernt und unbewacht. Bei Ankunft und Abfahrt am Hotel kompliziert!! Den 2-Rad - Lärm am Abend muss man mögen !!!!

Fijn hotel aan zee

Suite Black is bijzonder ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het grote privé terras pal aan de boulevard is heerlijk. Fijne sfeer in het hotel met enorm vriendelijke bediening en lieve gastvrouw. In de kamer nauwelijks geluid van de drukke badplaats.

Geen parkeerplaats bij het hotel (was bekend). De parkeergarage op 5 minuten lopen is prima en niet duur. Kiezelstrand dus vergeet je slippers niet.
