Appartamento molto bello, tutto pulito e ben curato. Posizione comoda, vicino al mare e al centro città. L’atmosfera è molto accogliente, si sente tranquillità e comfort. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile. Tutto è stato ad alto livello.
Praticamente nessun aspetto negativo, tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione e alle aspettative.

The Oltremare Soul House is a beautiful space that makes you feel special. Silvana has a special touch and creates an environment that is welcoming and comfortable. Such a lovely place, great for families. Across from the promenade and close by restaurants. Short walk to the City centre. I would love to return to Chivari just to stay at the Oltremare property. Silvana was extremely attentive and accommodated our requests without hesitation.

Tolle Lage in Strandnähe; Restaurants und Cafés sind auch viele in der Nähe; in 10 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof; freundliche Gastgeberin.
Verkehrsreiche Lage - bei geschlossenem Fenster stört es nicht, bei offenem Fenster nachts ist es etwas laut.
