Perfect for a short stay and great value for a large group.

Great location. Staff were helpful.

Check in electronically after 10pm was very difficult. Thankfully a staff member on site saw we were having difficulty and came to our rescue.

Redelijk. overpriced during events

Het is een rustige hotel. Het is moeilijk te bereiken vanuit het Frankfurt central, sometimes 90minutes! But that is not the fault of the hotel, but of the German public transport, which is really bad ( I did not expect that).

There are no hairdryers in the rooms, and everything is really really basic. I paid a premium rate, but that is probably because I was attending a conference at the Messe and prices were extremely high in Frankfurt center. All and all, I had a good stay, overpriced for what it is, but it was a good "emergency" solution.

The rooms had no amenities, no hairdryer, no slippers, not even an electric kettle or tea set, and not even a trash can. The only things in the room were towels and shampoo.

Verry cheap, clean and basic

- Very low price when booked on Booking.com via a mobile phone. - Staff there is friently and helpfull. But there is hardly ever any staff - most of the time the hotel is unmanned.

- None of the vending machines worked. All broken. - Hotel unmanned most of the time. Makes it impossible to buy stuff such as breakfast etc. - Almost no parking available at the hotel. It will ge full after 5 pm. everyday, and as the hotel is located far from anything you will need parking. So come early.

About my stay

The two guys working in the reception are helpful and friendly.

During my five-day stay, the housekeeping service was extremely unsatisfactory. My room was not properly cleaned on any of the days. Even after I requested service, the staff only changed the towels—they failed to empty the dustbin or clean the toilets. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the high price did not justify the poor variety offered. Another major issue was the parking situation. Only one disabled parking space was available, and other guests frequently occupied it because the disabled parking sign was unclear. Despite having a disabled badge, I was never able to use the designated spot. Due to these consistent shortcomings in service and facilities, I will never book here again and cannot recommend this place to others.

Great for an overnight stay during long car journey

Room and hotel was clean. Small, simple breakfast selection of sliced and cream cheese, salami, freshly baked buns selection, cucumber, olives and tomatoes. (cannot remember what else was available) Nice freshly ground coffee. Orange and apple juice tasted great, not the cheapest quality. Free parking on the premises. Bed was comfy. It was quite during our stay so it was great to have a few hours sleep during a long car journey. So if this is the main reason of your stay, feel free to book, it's worth the price - at least in our opinion.

Not as a complaint but don't expect to have kettle in room. Breakfast consisted mostly cold elements, apart from hard boiled eggs, so don't expect a full English.

Okay considering the price

Room size was pretty good. Wall corners were not very clean but beds & bedspreads were pretty clean. Location is far from the city centre but there is a bus stop near the hotel. Also there is a McD and a market near the hotel so it's a plus. Breakfast was okay considering the price, there isn't any extra stuff, just basic things to eat. I arrived 1-2 hours earlier than check-in time because of the flight reschedule, but reception helped me about it and didn't make it a problem. Thanks for that.

It’s ok to stay for a night but I wouldn’t recommend to stay more than couple of days

Location wise the place was good just 5 minutes to the motorway

The room was too small and toilet and shower wasn’t clean you can see notice dirt in toilet and shower And the other thing about the car park some other people who don’t stay in hotel also they can park and stay there and making noise it’s says private parking and they sould let the parking only use by the guests

Well, it says 'budget' and that was exactly what it is, BUDGET. I am not complaining, as I knew that was what I was buying. It was comfortable, clean, but very limited amenities.

Medium breakfast was enough. The location was good, near shops and markets. The reception was ok, nice welcome.

Rooms are too small. Not clean at all. No daily cleaning. No extra was in the room. The heating was bad. The cantina was also very small. It is only a B&B hotel.

was our plan that our dog will be with us i emailed them ..our plan is changed and if possible change our room when we arrived we received "dog room " with very bad smell and the carpet was 🤢 im sure that in hotel were lots of empty room but in reception wasnt noone so we couldnt complain and change our room

The staff is informative

The location is a bit remote. We have to throw garbage by ourselves. Bedsheet and towel are not replaced on daily basis. Check in is 2 pm and check out 11 pm.

Dirty bedding,bedding not changed on kids bed after previous guest.This is not acceptable Very dirty carpets,nasty stains on it..Better pay little bit more and go to different hotel.I stayed twice,first time was ok we had clean bedding,but very dirty carpet and we needed room just for few hours sleep so we said ok,but second time bathroom was dirty and toilet,nasty stains on carpet really big,and dirty bedding after previous guest.Bonus was in the morning when we went for breakfest which i prebooked already they told me it s not included in the price because in their system i havent paid for breakfest,luckly i had confirmation mail from booking.com that i paid for room and breakfest.Anyway breakfest very basic,and cups for coffee very dirty.My advice is better pay little bit more and don t book it!!!
