Excellent stay, great value for money

This was our second stay at the Löwen Hotel and we will definitely be back. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast offers a wide variety of food and the staff is great. The hotel’s location is excellent, there is a Lidl right in front of the hotel and the Ledermuseum metro station is just a 1 minute walk away (from which you are in central Frankfurt in 10 minutes).

Great and Comfortable Stay

The stay was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The property has been well maintained. They have a very good breakfast as well. The location is very well accessible by public transport as well.

The mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. They need to be changed. Probably having more options for vegans in the breakfast would also be usefull.

Disappointing

The breakfast was extremely rich for the affordable price. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating.

My room was on the first floor facing the main entrance to the hotel - noisy and lacking privacy. There was no air conditioning in the room. One staff member seemed to confuse "ventilator" with air conditioning when asked about it.

Wonderful quiant hotel with old school charm in a quite but central location

Loved the whole look and feel of the hotel and the staff were wonderful and helpful to a stranded traveler. The area was safe and quiet, but in a great location to offenbach center city and 1 block away from the train. Would stay here again in the future!

I stayed in early July and wished the fan was more powerful to create a better breeze to help keep cool. All in all, the hotel was great and would stay again.

Am not happy Done

The hotel front disk or reception ppl they extremely rud and aggressive. Even they can't treated like gust . completely bad ppl they especially the day time receptions. Anyways they Rud . am not happy with the ppl. But the breakfast is absolutely perfect and good. Thanks for the full service of breakfast. .

Reception ppl . they are not good . at all . as soon as you can this old ppls change them with flexible ppl. Sorry this is my personal opinion.

Pure charm!

The hotel is so amazingly charming, I can’t stop thinking about it and the staff is so lovely! I wish we had stayed there more than one night. I definitely plan to come back for a little bit longer.

Es war alles in Ordnung: Personal, Service, Zimmer und Lage! Ausstattung war etwas besonders. Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig!

Das Hotel hat nur wenige hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Parkplatzsuche somit wie in jeder Stadt, auch wenn es ein älteres Parkhaus im Viertel gab.

Für eine Nacht super

Es war sehr sauber, das Zimmer übersichtlich eingerichtet und der Ventilator war super leise und das Zimmer dadurch auch angenehm temperiert. Das Frühstück für 6 Euro war echt in Ordnung, es gab Spiegel- und Rührei und viele andere leckere Dinge.

Es war leider etwas hellhörig, mit Ohrpax war es aber trotzdem möglich ganz gut zu schlafen.

Loistosijainnilla, osittain remontoitu mutta seuraavaa saneerausta jo odottava majoituslaitos.

Aamupala perustarvikkeilla Saksalaisittain. Toisin sanoen riittävä mutta kutakuinkin sama joka päivä. Sijainti aivan loistava RMV:n metroaseman liki vieressä (100m), josta Frankfurtin keskustaan n. 10-15min. Messuille 25min. Esikaupunkiasema, jossa nopea liikkua. Lidl kadun kulmassa, josta sai eväät päiväksi. Lähialuueella yksi hyvä biergarten, jossa kelpo murkinat ja palan painikkeet. Kaupallisessa keskuksessa vajaan 1km päässä enemmänkin etnisiä eväitä, jos niitä kaipasi.

Huone oli pintaremontoitu mutta mutta siivottu huonosti; lattialla hiekkaa ja villakoiria. Hotellista annettiin palvelussanne huomattavan siloiteltu kuva todellisuuteen nähden. Sinänsä sympaattinen kohde vähän kulahtaneenakin. Varmaan ollut loistonsa päivinä ( ehkä 1980-luvulla ) tyylikäs paikka.

No es el hotel más acogedor en el que he estado

El hotel es tranquilo y está en una zona tranquila, cerca de las oficinas de DWD. Las habitaciones tienen una mesa para trabajar.

Las habitaciones son tan antiguas como en la foto, pero tanto muebles y paredes tienen muchas marcas de uso, y el aspecto en sí no era muy acogedor. El desayuno era bastante justo, no tenía demasiada variedad.

Billig in jeder Hinsicht

Halbwegs sauber und in optimaler Lage zur S- Bahn. Das Frühstück war ok, reichhaltig aber tw. Mit interessanten Bestandteilen (Kroketten, gemischtes Tiefkühlgemüse)

Extrem unfreundlicher Mensch am Empfang mit einem ziemlichen Kommandoton am Leib. Das erste Zimmer war nicht gereinigt und sauber, das zweite war ohne Handtücher. Am zweiten Tag wurde mir eine zweite Buchung vorgelegt. Ich angeblich gemacht hatte, in Wirklichkeit war dies die ursprüngliche Buchung, die ich regulär über Booking verschoben hatte, was mir auch bestätigt wurde. Anstatt mir das zu glauben und selber seine Systeme zu bereinigen, bekam ich einen Vortrag darüber, welche Fehler ich alle gemacht haben könnte. Das Bad ist extrem ab gewohnt, das Klo so niedrig, dass ich den Kopf zwischen den Knien hatte und der Duschkopf beispielsweise konnte nur ein Schwallwasser produzieren, weil alle Düsen kaputt waren. Insgesamt habe ich mich nicht sehr wohl gefühlt und war froh, als ich nach zwei Tagen abreisen konnte.
