It was an emergency stay.

Staff and location

The property is quite outdated. The box on which the coffee pods were, was dirty, you could see it has not been cleaned as it had sugar spelled everywhere, and some cookies crumbs.

Very clean room, kind staff, and decent breakfast.

The room was impeccably clean, just like in the photos. The staff were very kind, from the housekeeping team and the wonderful bartender to the friendly reception staff. We were cold, and they immediately brought a heater to our room. Breakfast was decent. It would be nice if the room included slippers, cotton swabs, and a shoehorn from the start. Everything worth seeing in Offenbach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, with excellent connections to Frankfurt and the airport.

Only employers re ok and friendly.

Only employers re ok.This is so NOT Sheraton. I am memberr of Mariott group but this hotel is so bad that you can not call it Sheraton. Breakfast is so bad thst i even didnt do proparly. So sad that i booked this hotel for 5 days even.never ever again sheraton offenbach.please take a course for cleaning as well.your rooms re full in dusty

Nice hotel for the money, helpful and friendly staff, but could use an update.

The hotel was clean and well-appointed. It is close to a lovely park and the train station, as well as many restaurants. Bottled water was provided. Staff was very nice, and responded to our needs and requests. We came during a heat wave, and the staff assisted us by bringing a fan to the room.

The hotel seems somewhat outdated. Shower was broken. We requested one large bed but were initially given a room with 2 singles, which the staff corrected.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding and the choices were varied. Loved that we were offered water and apples daily. The staff was very helpful and provided me with distilled water for my CPAP machine. (No other hotel in Germany was able to provide distilled water for me.) I loved to be able to sit outside on the terrace to read a book or to dine. Loved the location!

There wasn't air conditioning in the hotel, and it did get hot. We ordered a fan and a hotel staff person brought one up to us immediately and helped set it up It did cool off at night and we had to shut off the fan.

The room was spacious. A lot of light. And a big window opened fully. The staff was so nice but there were some problems they fixed.

The room was very old styled. The room wasn't carefully checked before check in. Most of the lights were unplugged, some switches didn't work. The gym was very hot without any ventilation. The worst experience though.. While I was in the bathroom without any notice or knock on the door, eventhough that there was a do not disturb sign, a house keeping rep entered my room. Literally opened the door and walked in.

A name full of promises followed by a stay full of disappointed guests

Location was good, room was OK and relatively clean. Underground parking with lift access was a plus.

Internet access was deplorable. Air conditioning not working properly. We had a broken plug in the room. No minibar. No restaurant only food was from bar. Staff cleaning understood only Russian. Hotel should be for airlines only.

The location was great - very close to walk through the city center and very close to the metro station.

Cleanliness - the lower bed sheet had a big brown stain on it. In the bathroom bin there was a medical use needle!!! when we first got into the room.

Friendly staff

No A/C, only one girl at the front desk where she is the reception, and doing everything if I request anything to the room. That take so long. As I checked in the room was to hot.
