Worst hotel.

The property was the worst i have ever seen. It's not welcoming at all. And the staff is rude. The rooms smell, dirty and not maintained.

A snag with a happy ending

I was admitted to Hotel Kaiserhof on production of the paper given to me by Hotel Garni Djaran, and was charged the same price as I would have paid to Hotel Garni Djaran albeit that Hotel Kaiserhof was far more luxurious and normally cost more than twice what I was due to pay the former hotel. A very happy stay!

On arrival I was told that there was no accommodation for me. I did not understand why as I do not speak German. The lady in the hotel however gave me a paper and directed me to Hotel Kaiserhof some 50 metres away.

Location, close to the train station. Grocery shops are close. The heaters were working well so it was warm

The telephone number sent by booking and that was on their doors was to some lady who was really angry that we are calling her “private number” so I don’t know, we had to ask one of the guests for the number for the owner because we couldn’t check in. Smell of the cigarette in the room, bathroom with big whole in the wall.

The location is central opposite Offenbach HB , very central everything is walking proximity . the price was also acceptable view the location . the person who welcomed me was friendly , I was allowed to check out 30 minutes after 12 PM ,

very loud , the area is very noisy had to sleep and get proper rest , the room smelled cigarettes , the toilet and shower are detached from the room and you have to share them with other residents .the rooms are very small

nie wieder//// no way to visit this hotel again

the most unfriendly place ever, receptionist was sleeping the whole night, we had problem to get into the hotel although we called the place and informed about very late arrival. the booking.com system doesn't work there at all, the reservation was already paid by booking.com and the receptionist didn't want the let us in. in the morning there were people screaming and shouting so loud that it was impossible to sleep. the next person from the reception in the morning didn't want to hear about staying one hour longer, although we spent only 5 hours because there was a problem to get into the hotel- and it was not our fault I don't recommend it

Positiv anzumerken war die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Ich brauchte kurzfristig eine Unterkunft in Frankfurt für 2 Personen und stieß auf dieses "Hotel". Leider laß ich die Bewertungen vorher nicht, sonst hätte ich es mir nochmal anders überlegt. Das Hotel sah auf den ersten Blick einer Baustelle ähnlicher als einem Hotel, schon beim Eintreten in den Hausflur roch es nach Zigaretten Rauch. Dieser Geruch hielt sich auch in den Zimmern hartnäckig. Es gab nur eine kleine unglaublich dreckige Toilette welche man sich mit 4 anderen Zimmern teilen musste. In der kurzen Zeit in welche wir da waren, gab es viel unverständliches Geschrei im Treppenhaus, wir sahen diverse sehr leicht bekleidete Frauen über die Gänge huschen und verschiedene Männer die bei besagten Damen ein und aus gingen. Dazu kam lautes gestöhne aus verschiedenen Zimmern. Es ging so weit das wir uns am späten Abend ein anderes Hotel suchten nur um die Nacht nicht dort verbringen zu müssen. Bitte bringt keine Kinder in dieses Hotel!

Für eine Übernachtung ohne Ansprüche OK

Wir kamen sehr früh vom Flugplatz an und es wurde uns zuvorkommend geholfen, damit wir ein Zimmer früher beziehen konnten. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz der unten stehenden Mängel waren die sanitären Anlagen(Dusche im Zimmer und Etagen-Toilette) sehr sauber

Das Hotel entspricht nicht den Bildern, da es sich im Umbau befindet. In unserem Zimmer lagen die Heizungsrohre noch offen in der Vertiefung. D. h. fehlende Abdeckung...

Muffiges Zimmer zu überhöhtem Preis

Die Lage direkt am Hbf, Bett war ok und Laken sauber

Das Haus wird gerade aussen renoviert. Das Zimmer hatte alte Einrichtung mit Kratzern und Löchern, sehr verwohnt. Ich habe keine großen Ansprüche bei einer Übernachtung - ich will nur schlafen. Aber das Zimmer hat unangenehm muffig gerochen, irgendwie als wäre was feucht oder geschimmelt. Dann wird angegeben "Dusche oder Badewanne" - dass dies aber auf dem Gang ist, wurde nicht erwähnt. Und dafür dann wegen der Messe in Ffm den Preis auf 135€ anzuheben ist für diese Unterkunft eine Zumutung.
