Great location; smaller than expected room; fine staff members.

Love the location, it is very close to the train station and bus station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff members were friendly.

The room I got didn't feel as big as the photos here. Maybe it's just me. I felt the room was cramped for my height as 160cm.

Simple. Clean. Beware, there is no parking!

Shower was good quality with enough water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Room was simple but pleasant.

I did not feel welcomed by staff. I experienced staff as if they do not care about their guests. They should have pointed out, that there is no parking anywhere close. Parking nightmare. Parking garage was too far away and too expensive.

Very good Hotel, everywhere some sort of art works to spot, interesting.

Beautiful pictures decorated very well. Extremely clean, beautiful fragrance on the doorway or everywhere, so cleanly maintained with probably one staff, great. It is a value for money. I paid more, but because the week was events week in Frankfurt so, but still it was very less comparative to others. So not to complain, but again it is very very near the station, just four or five buildings away. Good for business stays.

Just a loud noise in the neighbourhood at night. But again, these are unpreventable, so nothing, it was a good trip and a good hotel. Sweet people with a lean managed team. I didn't expect facilities of a 5 star hotel. So worth a business stay.

Stay away to trust the information from them

They lied and it was same group I have mistakenly made the booking for my young cricket players who play for Bayern and a lady said at i can make other booking and this money will be refunded ,than after 10 calls they said they will give vouchers and ultimately ended nothing no refund no vouchers.

The hotel is alright and I really appreciated the friendly staff.

Before booking, I would recommend you check the location. I know this is in no way for the hotel to influence this but the surroundings are very messy, and noisy (we were woken up twice a night by people screaming in the streets). I didn't feel safe being out there after dark. Fortunately, it is very close to the train station so you don't have to stay out for too long if you don't want to.

Floors were dirty when we arrived (dirt all over the floor), even tho staff confirmed to us that they have cleaned the room. Radiators were cold and so the whole room was cold. Really weird smell on our corridor. It was possible to hear everything in the rooms next to ours.

the shower is too small, if you’re a big person good-luck fitting in it. I am average and I can’t take the shower without my elbows hitting the shower handles accidentally turn the temperature too hot or too cold.

I had just one night's stay. It was pretty practical, clean, easy check-in and out. Super close to one of the train stations. Wifi was great. The bathroom was super nice and the water pressure was awesome. Quite place with some old charm.

The location is quite good, close to the station. Warm blanket, warm water. That's all.

Quite small room. Almost no place for anything. Quite expensive for what you get. I came to the town with a friend for an event. Some other friends were staying in other places. The receptionist didn't allow another friend of mine to visit me in my room during the day. He refered to the hotel rules which he couldn't even show. It's the first time ever when I faced something like that! There was no such experience in any other hotel. Extremely rude staff. The feeling you get at the reception "You are not welcome here". If you just need a bed and location is convenient for you, go ahead. If you are looking for comfortable place, think several times. I wouldn't recommend
