The facility is very pleasant to stay in. The staff is very friendly and leaves the impression of a safe and pleasant stay at the hotel. We especially highlight the kindness of Elena and Oscar. Wonderful young people, professional, kind and hospitable. We recommend the facility, these shortcomings are negligible if we consider how pleasant and kind the staff is!

There is little space to store things, if there are two people. Breakfast could be more varied and different. We stayed for seven days and every morning there was the same offer.

Stay was fine but had some misunderstanding.

The hotel was OK, brought the Holiday Inn standards, however maybe booking.com or the hotel mislead me and separated us in 2 different rooms. I can understand that originally the room was stated for 1 adult + 1 children hence I have needed to pay for 2 room but only used 1 for our stay cause we were able to fit in on perfectly. The were no family rooms available and the car park was full so needed to park on the other side of the road in a car park. This isn't a negative thing just mentioning cause I was carrying bikes and didn't want to leave them on the street. Apart from that the bed was comfy the stuff was helpful. There is a fabulous italian restaurant near the hotel.

modern hotel, good value for money

Modern hotel, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, close to my business need, short walk to Offenbach downtown, easy to reach by S-Bahn from Frankfurt, good air con in the room

the interior of the hotel (including the room when arriving) was very hot (room temp could be reduced with the air conditioning); scrambled eggs for breakfast were not very tasty; impossible to completely open the window of the room (possible to open only a little bit).

Wonderful hotel

Very good clean hotel, super clean and very comfortable. Room was bright, big, and everything we needed. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable.

Excellent value modern hotel with good facilities

Hotel was located on a busy city street in a suburb of Offenbach. The staff were polite and helpful on check in/check out. The room was of a modern decor with matching bed linen. The bathroom was clean and tidy with all the usual facilities including a kettle and tea/coffee making items. The breakfast area was very busy and consequently a few breakfast items were missing. There were no cereal bowls left either but just a minor gripe really. Outlook at the back of the hotel looked over nearby flats but it wasn't a problem. Parking was good in an underground car park with access directly to the hotel above. The car park is accessed via Bahnhof strasse at the back of the hotel for information. In the street the hotel stands on there is a Lidl and another supermarket nearby and a short distance away an Edeka as well. Given the cost I would say the hotel was pretty good for a one night stay and if I'm passing again I would definitely look to stay here again.

Only minor issue touched on above. For the money a good hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, with parking garage just under the hotel. Breakfast is good and selection of food and drinks is big. Hotel staff is nice, and can arrange anything you wish. And on top, location is easy to reach, even during rush hours.

The Parking, more instructions should be on the website re parking. The parking is behind the hotel, 100meters further up on the right side, through a small gap, it’s underground and easy to miss after a long day driving.

The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The hotel and rooms were clean and air conditioned. The breakfast was included and really good. The location was great, and nearby parking was easy to access.

The property doesn't have rooms with enough capacity for 2+ people (i.e., families) and it appears none of the rooms they have include adjoining doors, so even though the rooms are close by, you'll have to cross through common hallway to reach your other half of your party.

Wonderful

The breakfast was amazing. They had lots of options and even a pancake machine. The rooms were perfect. Always clean and restocked. The rooms were well sound proofed. They have a late bar at night. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay was absolutely perfect. Although the elevators could take a long time but I noticed that all over Germany nothing to fault on the hotels part.
