It was awesome

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Overall, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The room was well maintained, the facilities worked well, and the atmosphere was calm. It was a good place to relax after a long day.

Honestly, everything was good. If I had to mention something, I would say there’s always small room for improvement, but overall I really enjoyed my stay. I didn’t have any real issues. Everything met my expectations, and I had a nice experience.

Good value for money

Good value for money, spacious room, good shower. One minut from U-ban stop, perfect for us! Checking in is very easy and done online, no need to stand in line and wait for the assistance.

There were no spoons in the comunity kitchen, we had to eat our muesli with folks (not easy:), and no muggs either. And it was smelling of something rotten in the kitchen

Solid choice for short staying

The stuff is very helpful. Nice lobby on the first floor. Room is clean and it has everything you need for a short staying. They have laundry with four washing machines and four dryers. One minute from the subway lines U7 and U4. Close to the shopping mall Hessen-Center.

There are no restaurants nearby. You have to spend about 20 minutes to get to the center of the city. The refrigerator doesn’t work.

Excellent location for gig venue, close to transport, very clean and comfortable - and QUIET! :)

The room was super close to the gig venue I attended - much closer than I realised! The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, very helpful. The bed was big, the storage in the room was excellent, and the bathroom was a good size, with enough space to put cosmetics/toiletries and clothes.

The only thing I didn't like is that my room had a strong smell of men's deodorant when I went in which persisted for a few hours, as if it had just been sprayed in the room. This is literally my only negative. everything else was spot-on and lovely.

Genug Platz um zwei Koffer auf dem Boden liegend zu öffnen! Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt am Hotel!

Keine Getränke in Flaschen zu kaufen, zumindest kein Wasser für die Nacht. Aber, wenn man eine Flasche dabei hat, kann man an der Rezeption Trinkwasser kostenlos abfüllen!

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig, sauber und gut durchdacht. Es war für mich das Erste mal in einem Smartments Hotel. es war für mich ungewohnt aber zufriedenstellend.

Mir hat das Frühstück gefehlt… Das war allerdings mein Problem… weil ich einfach nur ein Hotel in der Nähe von der Batschkapp gesucht habe …

Es war für zwei Personen reserviert, aber ich musste stundenlang telefonieren, bis meine Reservierung gefunden wurde. Im Zimmer gab es nur ein Kissen und es roch nach Rauch, was mich stört, da ich nicht rauche.

Allgemein Okay aber mit Reinigungsmängeln

Es liegt sehr nahe an einem Veranstaltungsort und ist gut durch die ÖV erreichbar.

Leider war mein Zimmer nicht so sauber, Haare im Bad, Flecken auf dem einen Bettlacken und Spiegel. Aber das unangenehmste war der Geruch im Bad,der aus der Dusche kam.

Perfekte Lage für einen Konzertbesuch in der Batschkapp. Geräumiges Zimmer und einer Gemeinschaftsküche.

Baustelle vorm Zimmer und die U-Bahn hört man bei offenem Fenster. Aber denke dass ist normal in einer Großstadt 😅

Morgendlicher ungebetener Gast

Sehr günstiger Preis für eine Übernachtung, kostenloser Wasserspender im Eingangsbereich, schöne Einrichtung

Die Türenöffnung im Haus für die Durchgangstüren funktioniert über Hotelbird nur bei mehrfachem Versuch. Keine Klimaanlage, nur ein Ventilator, Zimmer stickig. Nicht nur laut wegen der Straße, sondern starke Lärmbeeinträchtigung durch eine Gruppe feiernder und Technohörender junger Männer untendrunter. Kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort sonntags, beim Telefonsupport war es nicht möglich, uns ein anderes Zimmer zuzuweisen. Okay, Mist, Pech gehabt. Ist halt auch günstiger, wenn zeitweise keiner im Hotel arbeiten muss. Der Hammer war aber, dass am nächsten Morgen an der Tür geklopft wurde und keine drei Sekunden später ein Reinigungsmitarbeiter einfach ohne eine Antwort abzuwarten die Tür öffnete. Mein Mann war gerade aus der Dusche gekommen und wir hatten auch noch nicht ausgecheckt, sondern sogar noch zwei Stunden Zeit, um das Zimmer zu nutzen. Das geht wirklich gar nicht! Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Lage ideal für eine Übernachtung nach einem Besuch der Batschkapp, Wunsch nach Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk wurde erfüllt, Zimmergröße war prima, bequemes Bett, Standventilator sehr angenehm, super Verkehrsanbindung wegen U-Bahn-Nähe, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Spülmaschine war überfüllt und leider ungespült, nach zwei Spülgängen war dann das Geschirr des Vormieters sauber

Sehr günstige Unterkunft mit tollen Betten und einfachem Check in

Der Check in am Terminal ist sehr praktisch und diesmal habe ich dann sogar mit der Hotelbird App die Zimmertüre geöffnet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Als wir abends ankamen war es sehr heiß und stickig im Zimmer und nachts mussten wir wegen der Hitze bei offenem Fenster schlafen, da war der Straßenlärm ziemlich störend.

Für meinen Geschmack passende Matratze. Self Check -in Total easy.

Im Zimmer (101), sehr warm, trotz gekipptem Fenster als wir ankamen.In der Nacht, plötzlicher Gestank im Zimmer, roch wie Zigaretten oder so ähnliches. Im Bad war es am extremsten. In der Nacht muss man sich entscheiden, Fenster offen und kühler- dafür sehr lauter Strassensound oder Fenster geschlossen und im Gestank und gluthitze schlafen. Nur im Winter zu empfehlen. Andonsten Gehörschutz nicht vergessen! 12 Stunden nach der Buchung wurde per WhatsApp versucht, Kreditkartendaten abzugreifen. Offenbar gibt's gravierende IT-Sicherheitsmängel. Wurde mit in der Buchung angegeben Namen sowie Buchungsnummer angeschrieben. Zum Glück war's Einfach zu erkennen, da der Text mi KI geschrieben wurde und nicht plausibel war.

Durch die hellhörigkeit des Zimmers, war der Aufenthalt nicht erholsam.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war alles in allem gut.

Die Küchenutensilien waren nicht sauber und nicht vollständig. Einen Topf hatten wir z.B nicht. Außerdem war es sehr hellhörig. Man hat jede Tür auf und zugehen hört. Das hat uns sehr gestört

Die Lage zum Veranstaltungsort Batschkapp

Flure waren dreckig, Zimmer karg eingerichtet, extrem stickig, keine Klimaanlage, Ventilator war keine Option da Stauballergie, Boden war am Bett klebrig und im allgemeinen dreckig, Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt und gequietscht, Bettwäsche war sehr kratzig, Badezimmer hatte Flecken an den Fliesen, Waschbecken Abfluss war mit Schmutz belagert, Dusche verhältnismäßig klein. Lage an Hauptstraße mit sehr frequentierten U-Bahnlinien, welche sehr deutlich zu hören sind, trotz geschlossener Fenster.

Unpersönliche Schlafgelegenheit, die ich zu diesem Preis nicht mehr buchen würde

Das digitale Check-In hat gut funktioniert. Eine automatische Toilettenspülung habe ich das erste Mal in einem Hotelzimmer erlebt, wobei mir das nicht unbedingt gefallen hat. Wenigstens hatte es einen billigen Ventilator, denn es war brütend heiss während meines Aufenthalts.

Die spartanische Einrichtung und die Lage in einem Industriegebiet direkt mit einer Baustelle und einer Rumpelstrasse unter dem Fenster, auf der die Lastwagen vorbeigepoltert sind. Keine Klimaanlage bei über 30 Grad und Tropennächten sind ebenfalls nicht besonders erholsam.
