Second stay here and I will be returning for sure.

It’s always clean, very friendly staff and a perfect location right in town

The back stairwell where our room was smelt of cigarettes, but you couldn’t smell it in the room. Could do with a couple more pillows

Clean and comfortable, would have been super convenient if the S-Bahn station hadn‘t been closed

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffe was good. It was also nice to have the water server for guests.

In front of the hotel runs a street and sometimes I could hear noises from the traffic at night. Although the hotel is located directly in front of an S-Bahn station, unfortunately the station was closed due to construction work at that time, so I had to take either a bus or a train from another station in order to get to Frankfurt Hbf.

Nice place and location with some staffing shortages/problems.

Nice studio with essentials. Room was clean on arrival. Good location for public transportation.

Had to ask in the morning to get room cleaned and have a change of towels. Asked after the second night being there, but no one showed up and we were out for the whole day. Went to reception and they told us everyone has gone home but tomorrow. Next day went down to confirm but it was a holiday and no cleaners will be in that day. They did provide clean towels. The next day cleaners again didn’t service the room. So out of 5 nights there, room was never cleaned or serviced by cleaning staff.

Perfect for a short stay with good location!

The location is very central with good access to public transport and a lot of restaurant options around and reachable by foot. The rooms are clean with an AC and have space to put luggage. The staff is friendly and helpful. The little gym is nice.

Unfortunately there were no towels in the gym and also after we let the staff know, they didn’t bring any.

The location is perfect next to the S bahn station and to the shopping centre..

The rooms being on a different floor could feel a little isolated from the reception.

Very central, Train station near by

not enough towels in the bathroom, mirror is to high set as a 1,60cm person you cant look at yourself in the mirror. NO mini bar, Air flow is not good. Very warm on the 6th floor in May. Tv programs / no movie channels

THE LOCATION IS CONVENIENT. AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE NEARBY. THE LASY AT THE CHECK IN DESK WAS PROFESSIONAL & ABLE TO ANSWER TO MY QUERIES.

DURING CHECK IN, I REQUESTED FOR A LATE CHECKOUT BY 01HOUR AND SHE ACKNOWLEDGED. HOWEVER, ON THE CHECKOUT DAY,MY ROOM WAS OPENED BY THE HOUSEKEEPER AT 0900,HRS1130HRS & 1140HRS. I FIND THAT THERE WAS A LACK OF PRIVACY FOR ME.

Es ist ein modernes Hotel mit einem ausreichendem Frühstück.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, Nachhaltigkeit, Wasserstation mit Glasflaschen

mein Zimmer war nachts sehr laut (inhouse Geräusche durch Möbel rücken o.ä., Lage zu Bushaltestelle), der Frühstücksservice hat sehr nachgelassen, für eingesparten Reinigungsdienst sollte es einen Gäste-Bonus geben - schließlich spart das Hotel sehr viel Geld

Es ist im Verhältnis zu den Hotels in der Umgebung günstiger und modern eingerichtet. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Beim Frühstück wurden einfach die Dinge vom Vortag wieder hergestellt, die Gurken waren verschimmelt. Ich musste zwei Mal darauf hinweisen, bis sie ausgetauscht wurden. Dann mochte ich den Rest auch nicht mehr gerne essen. Die Toilettenbrille war angerissen, sodass man sich immer geklemmt hat.

Расположение отличное, но…

Весь отель большая загадка. Изначально нас заселили в номер где 2 кровати, но мы резервировали с одной, на рецепции девушка нам поменяла комнату без проблем, но указала на то что мы должны были забронировать dopelzimmer что бы получить номер какой хотим. В номере: 1. На подушке были короткие черные волосы. Не знаю менялась ли постель 2. В душевой вода выливается, нужно купаться очень аккуратно 3. В первом номере обнаружили грязное полотенце 4. Очень шумно, даже с закрытыми окнами. Спать было сложно 5. Отель открылся год назад а стены уже страшные, все коридоры в черных полосах. Пора привести в порядок 6. Лифт по факту есть, но по факту его нет. На 3,4 этаже не работает кнопка и приходится спускаться пешком, есть второй лифт, но когда лифт спускается на 2 этаж он открывает дверь только в ту сторону где есть какая то дверь заперта и только если в лифте нажаль кнопку открыть двери он выпускает вас в другую сторону(лифт с 2 дверми). Мы получили стресс от того что приехали вниз а дверь заперта и куда идти не понятно. Из плюсов могу сказать что бы хороший выбор на завтрак и все вкусно, номера достаточно новые но видно что дешевая мебель которая страшно скрипит. Есть доступна вода 24/7 на рецепции, что бы получить тару для воды нужно обменять карточку которая есть в номере на бутылку. 90€ за ночь этот апартамент не стоит, очень дорого за такое качество

Viaje de trabajo a Frankfurt

La comodidad y la situación. Las habitaciones son amplias y el mantenimiento bueno. Todo funcionaba como estaba previsto. El hotel está justo a la entrada de una estación de metro (Offenbach Marktplatz) que conecta directamente con el centro de Frankfurt y con el aeropuerto.

En general estoy conforme con todo.

...ideal für einen Besuch in der Stadthalle

....das Hotel ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett, das Zimmer sauber und der Fitnessbereich gut ausgestattet. Super finde ich die Station, an der man kostenlos seine Wasserflasche wieder auffüllen kann.

Hotel gestylt nach dem Zeitgeschmack

Das Zimmer war preiswert, alles funktionierte reibungslos. die Rezeptionnistin war sehr freundlich.

Die Größe des Zimmers, der Schmutz vor der Tür und im Eingangsbereich. Die Zahlung war nur mit Karten möglich, das ist für mich ein Ausschlusskriterium.

Hey, ich war leider nicht so richtig begeistert, weil das Personal extrem angespannt und gestresst ist und auch kleine Dinge dazu führen können, dass du aus dem Hotel geschmissen wirst. Das ist halt super uncool wenn du schon bezahlt hast.

Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lag für mein Hauptziel, das japanische „MainMatsuri“ optimal. Die Mitarbeiter des Festivals wohnten auch in diesem Hotel. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, an entsprechenden Tagen ebenso der Markt.

Bei sehr hohen Außentemperaturen habe ich einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken vermisst wie es ihn in vielen Hotels gibt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte aber super.

Hôtel en banlieue de Francfort, mais transports en commun pour rejoindre le centre-ville

Le confort de la chambre, le lobby et l'espace petit-déjeuner très chaleureux. La situation près des restaurants et des moyens de transport pour Francfort Le petit-déjeuner tès varié et copieux Pas de parking, mais il y a le parking Lidl tout près qui propose un forfait 3 jours à 30€ (à valider dès que l'on s'installe) Reconnaissance par la plaque d'immatriculation.

L'hôtel est situé sur une place en grands travaux, l'accès n'est donc pas très facile.
