I love staying at the Smartments. It's convenient when you have Station right in front of the hotel. The only issue is the smell in the washroom, I don't know why, but there's something wrong there that needs to be fixed. I stayed in room 203.

They wanted over £200 for a week parking when the parking is free on the road they don’t say this on the website. Theres no way to get hot water either bring your own bottles

The room was big enough to feel comfortable to move around. Very clean with a modern bathroom and fridge. A tea/coffee station on the table would be a nice touch I make it even better. Not a great looking area for the apartment so you wouldn't want to spend time there but the good news is that there is a tram station right out the front which gets you into Frankfurt in 20mins

I was in Frankfurt for a concert at a venue very close and close this place to stay. Check in took a few minutes but the stay was great. And the free complimentary coffee was really good. There's a Kaufland only a few minutes away that is open until late so easy to get something to eat. I'd definitely stay here again
