I love staying at the Smartments. It's convenient when you have Station right in front of the hotel. The only issue is the smell in the washroom, I don't know why, but there's something wrong there that needs to be fixed. I stayed in room 203.

They wanted over £200 for a week parking when the parking is free on the road they don’t say this on the website. Theres no way to get hot water either bring your own bottles

The room was big enough to feel comfortable to move around. Very clean with a modern bathroom and fridge. A tea/coffee station on the table would be a nice touch I make it even better. Not a great looking area for the apartment so you wouldn't want to spend time there but the good news is that there is a tram station right out the front which gets you into Frankfurt in 20mins

The accommodation itself was fine – the rooms were clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. There is a shared kitchen available, which is a nice feature, although it was unfortunately poorly equipped.
However, I was disappointed that my request for a quiet room was not met. Despite asking in advance, we were given a room on the first floor facing a busy street. It was quite noisy throughout the night, so our requirement for a peaceful stay was completely ignored. Overall, while the cleanliness was great, the noise and kitchen equipment significantly affected the experience.
