The hotel is fine, perfect for my needs. However, I was disappointed that this time the hotel didn’t mention that the train link to Frankfurt HBF was closed for the entirety of my stay. The Bus replacement service, despite what you are told, does not take the same time and the travel disruption each day was extremely inconvenient. It would have been nice to have been forewarned.

It turned out to be a bit far away from downtown Frankfurt. The subway station was under renovation so it was useless… However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My stay at was average overall. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I found the amenities to be somewhat lacking compared to what was advertised. The staff was friendly. The breakfast (17.00 Euros) offered was decent but could use more variety. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's room for improvement.

We stayed here with family. Hotel is in front of the subway station, 20 min to Frankfurt Hauptbanhof, 35 min to FRA. We had a deluxe apartment, sofa bed was comfortable for my daughters. Buffet breakfast is serviceable, nothing fancy. You do have to request to clean your room with 24 hours advance. Staff was helpful.

I had a comfortable stay. S bahn stop is right in front of the hotel. Lake/river is 5 minutes walk . Overall best place

This was an excellent option for our family, very conveniently located a minute away from the S Bahn station. We loved that there was a small kitchen and gym. We would definitely recommend.

Hotel is spotless and newly built this year. The S bahn Marktplatz is right in front of the hotel which is super convenient to get around There’s supermarket and a dm store right next to the hotel so you can get all the German goodies anytime The area is also filled up with cafes and restaurants so no complaints at all

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Good clean comfortable hotel that is right next to the S-bahn and gets your into Frankfurt in about 20mins. Not much happening around the area, a few restaurants and supermarket close by. Felt safe but not the most exciting part of town.
