the guy in the evening was rude and uninterested. washrooms were very unpractical and rooms had broken cupboards. the lady in the morning at the time of check out was nice and pleasant

I am very disappointed. I made reservations for 5 people. Two rooms. I informed you that I will arrive between 22-23. I got confirmation from the Hotel that there is no problem. When I arrived, it turned out that I only have one triple room. There was no available room that was booked. I had not received any information beforehand that I did not have a room. I got two mattresses and had to sleep on the floor in 5 people in a 3 person room where there was no free space. Even without an extra towel. I travel a lot and often sleep in different hotels in the world, but I have not had such a situation yet.

The location was good.

A seriously overpriced room. The Eur 180 I paid were not justified at all (other than "there is a trade fair" explanation by one of the staff. The room looked like it is normally used by 3-4 people. Furniture was stained and trashed. The lobby was untidy and put together with no care for the guests. The whole place smells of cold cigarette smoke. Worst hotel in a very very long time. Most expensive worst hotel I ever had.

Arrived in time 22:30, i needed to call a number to check in nobody was there, than they told me i need to pay with cash. I had to find a cash machine in 30 min after 900km travel in a town what i don't know about...

Worst experience ever

The morning receptionist was nice

The night receptionist was very rude and racist, he asked for 5€ cash for the parking, we paid card for the room. The room was full of dust and smelling like cigarette smoke, the bed sheet had a blood stain on it, shower was so dirty i was that i couldn't use it, air ventilation was full of dust. It doesn't look like in the pictures. Very disappointed about our stay there. The night receptionist made fun of me because i didn't have any cash for the parking, i asked him if i can pay card with the fee for my room and he said no. He said he will call the police the next day if i don't pay the 5€ cash for the parking. He was making rude comments about my race and my sex. The morning receptionist was very nice though and showed me where i can find an atm to get the cash. I didn't dare to eat there so i went to the supermarket next door and had my breakfast from there.

there was only one pillow for 2 person and it was not a clean and it was near to a Muslim center that there was some sound in the early morning maybe because of some ceremonies.
