Double charged and no assistance from customer service

Was charged for the room by booking.com and the property both and neither booking nor the hotel will respond to emails to rectify the problem. Never book this property through booking or you will be double charged and customer service will not assist you.

there was no warm water. the water was ice cold in the shower and the sink water…that was very disappointing

Convenient for truck drivers eventually,not for family.Only if you need one day stop to rest.

Clean room

No staff.Check in on machine.If you wanna ask something,there is noone to ask. Breakfast very poor-not much choice of food.Not fresh salami served.Very disappointed with food.For money value should be richer breakfast.

Affordable room, but wouldn’t return

Accessible location (beware that it is located in Frankfurt’s green zone). Decent room layout though very small. Modern bathroom - tiles could have been cleaned a little better. Free parking.

Our room had an odd smell - like someone cooked eggs and bacon a week prior. Extremely uncomfortable beds. Room was warm and airco didn’t cool (perhaps not ‘activated’ yet since we visited early May). Room doors didn’t isolate and we were woken up several times by passing / talking guests.

Staff were pleasant, but when cleaning was done, they didn’t replace correct number of towels!

The air conditioning, as the temperature was over 30 degrees.

NO LIFT. Our original rooms were on the second floor, as ground floor rooms were full for our first night. We swapped to ground floor for the remainder of our stay, but towels/pillowcases and toilet rolls had to be asked for! The breakfasts were also hit and miss, with lots of items missing by our last morning.

Good transit hotel

Close to the highway. A good bed and shower. Breakfast okay. Free parking.

The parking was next to the road. It was not a closed parking. Noisy rooms. People talking in hallway are very clearly audible in my room too. We arrived just before 22:00. Just after us reception was closed, no idea how we would have to check in if we were after 22:00?

great option for a 1 night stay

It’s very close to the motorway, only a few minutes drive. Perfect for a 1night stay if you want to pause your long journey. Receptionist was really helpful, quick check-in. Clean room and comfortable bed. We stayed here a few times, never had any issues. It also has its own car park and an Aldi, McDonald’s next door.
