We booked a comform double room but we were given a standard twin room which was so cold at night that we couldn’t sleep the entire night and when we told them one receptionist told us that the heater is centrally off and gave us a small fan heater which was useless anyway we complained to the same receptionist who had given us that room and she knew her mistake so she told us that I will change your room to comfort double room since only those have heating facility as if she was doing us a favor whereas she was only making up for her mistake and then we had to shift all our luggage to the other room which was very difficult so I am not giving a good review since our trip was almost ruined!
