INTERESTING

Hotel Employees friendly and open for questions and help :) Was happy for possibility for early check in! Breakfast was good as well, the only what was missing some sweet pastries or deserts.

In general hotel has everything is needed, but the quality of some premises was INTERESTING. The ironing room - dont got the idea. More preferable for visitors is to have iron in the room, or upon request Gym - i cant call it gym, i would never visit premises like that. Something 50 years old Sauna - something i was doubtfull as well I dont know what Western means, but at this point not the Best associations. My room was meant to be double room, but the big bed was replaved by single, so it was specious and not cozy at all, and the emptiness echoed.

It was too hot and no air conditioning. The TV was old with no internet connection so Netflix didn’t work and we couldn’t understand German TV, so unable to watch anything. Everything felt a bit dated. On the outskirts of town in an industrial areas.

My deluxe room was pleasant. It was clean. And had more than I required.

Very comfortable room

Reception is open 24 hrs. The room was bigger than usual hotel rooms. There was a small table fan which was very convenient for summer nights. The bed was super comfortable and 4 different types of pillows were provided. I arrived at 1 am and was happy to see a complementary water bottle in the freeze. Couldn't use their Sauna, but overall I was happy with my stay in this hotel.

Water was clogging in the bath tub. The shower head holder was broken. Such a nice hotel with 4 Star rating should have a bit better maintenance of their bathrooms.

Hotel Parking was small area because of the construction near the hotel, they have Parking lot in front of the hotel and have to cross two roads for that and have take coin every time from the reception for the automatic gate to take your car .

Great stay, not so great wifi

I loved how helpful the staff was and the food was actually great, the rooms have everything needed and everyone is very friendly.

The internet/wifi is not even close to satisfactory quality and speed. For business travel, this was rather disappointing.

Disappointing

The staff are excellent. Breakfast was also very good and the room facilities were fine.

The room was too hot and when I opened the window the noise of the traffic kept me awake. It caused the whole trip to be very tiring as I could not get adequate rest.

The reception desk on 6,7,8 Dec21 was treated very politely & is appreciated; including the restaurant staff.

Very poor dealing & rude attitude of One of the receptionist; who has on desk (8,9Dec21); totally disappointed. Such personals to be trained properly in order to avoid similar incidents. Recommending that lady to send for a proper training; to properly understand the good way of customer handling!.

Clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff

Early check in request was granted, room was prepared with adjoining door already open for family use. Staff were all very helpful in the restaurant and reception. Excellent service.

Room is clean and big room

Toilet is very small and no safe box in the room no iron facility. They put gas water for drinking. They showing 4 star but it’s look like 2 or 3 star. Not all facilities they are providing as 4 start. Parking they are charging it’s not expectable.

受付・レストランの方がフレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごせました。ビジネスの宿泊者が多いのか、全体的に落ち着いていて、雰囲気は明るかったです。朝食も税込€20弱で新鮮で、街中で頂くより、落ち着いて食事できました。

駅が工事中の影響で、最短のホテルまでの道が人通りがなく、少し不安を感じましたが安全な地域だそうです。お部屋の電話が機能していませんでした。早めに直るといいですね。

少し街からは離れますが、過ごしやすいホテルでした。

バスに浴槽があったこと。

3泊したが、1日目は温かいお湯が出ず、フロントに言うと全室だから仕方ない、、と言われた。翌日からは温かいお湯がでたが、寒い時期だったかもしれないが、だからこそ温かいお湯がでないのは、辛かった。他は申し分無かった。
