short overnight stay

The bed was great, the room was nice, with an open bathroom area, a spacious living area with a chaise lounge, a beautiful view of the city from the 15th floor (however, it was dark when we arrived and left, so we only saw lights).

Getting to the hotel was a challenge, Google Maps took us to another hotel just behind this one and ended up in a dead end, to get to this one we had to go back and enter another street We parked in the charging area for our e-car on -2, but we couldn't find our way out as the elevators were broken, so we had to find the stairs (they were not next to the elevators). only to go one floor too high (to what we thought was the ground floor but ended up being a terrace)... long story short, there were NO signs anywhere to tell us how/where to go to the reception.

Great comfort!

The staff was very courteous and most helpful. My universal charger was not working so they gave me another charger. My room was getting hot so they came to adjust the temperature. I was given more water bottles than I asked for always. The heating bars to put the towels on were really useful!

The room temperature control needs improvement, it does not go much below 22deg and the room becomes very hot after using the shower. I needed to open the window a few time to let the cool air in. Elevator doors are very slow to open.

Overall stay was good, but ending was disappointed

Room is very clean

After checked out and left the hotel, then I realized I forgot my universal power socket in hotel room. Came back after few hours and asked hotel staff to help me, after sometimes they found it, But the staff didn’t given to me, and told me this hotel universal socket. This is not a good way to treat to the customer.

The reception staff in the evening was very helpful. I was looking for a supermarket to buy my hair spray. The staff gave good guidance and even found a cab for me outside the building. Thanks to him!

Luxurious

The room was incredibly spacious and everything was high quality. The staff were very helpful and eloquent. I thoroughly enjoyed it here.

The location wasn’t great. It was a fair way from a train station and certainly from the town centre. Also, the plugs in the room were in awkward positions.

Very happy with my stay and for sure I will be booking again if I visit Frankfurt.

The hotel itself scores high on everything, very clean, good size rooms provided with all essentials (even iron and ironing table), safe , super quiet and very helpful polite staff.

The location not that great, far from the city centre and there is a good walking distance from the metro . Not much around in matters of shops and other services.

Comfy room with a nice river view.

A bit remote from public transportation, e.g. Frankfurt’s metro. Took quite much time and my long distance call to get my booking (which was confirmed by Booking.com) sorted out at check-in as the hotel said they didn’t have my changed date records.

Exceptional

I am a woman traveling alone. The parking garage was close by and brightly lit. I was always able to get parking on the entry level near the door. I never felt afraid there. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, whether it was the registration desk, cleaning staff or restaurant staff. My dinner in the on site restaurant was the best meal I had in Germany during my seven day trip to Germany. That included my stay in Berlin as well as Offenbach.

The refrigerator in my room did not work, even after I reported it as broken. Other than that my stay was above all my expectations. I felt pampered and spoiled. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Excellent visit to Offenbach.
